Abstract: 본 발명은 GPCR(Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor)을 코딩하는 유전자가 도입된 재조합 미생물에서 대량 발현된 GPCR을 계면활성제에 대한 용해도 차이를 이용하여 정제하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 계면활성제만을 이용하여 후각 수용체 단백질 및 GPCR을 정제할 수 있고, 상기 정제된 후각 수용체 단백질 및 GPCR을 각각 후각센서 및 GPCR 의약품 연구개발에 활용할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) through the difference of surfactant solubility is provided to isolate olfactory receptor protein and GPCR and develop GPCR pharmaceutical product. A method for isolating Guanin-Protein-Coupled Receptor (GPCR) using a surfactant comprises: a step of pulverizing fungus which GPCR is overexpressed and separating the pulverized material containing the GPCR; a step of treating a first surfactant; a step of treating a second surfactant; and a step of collecting the dissolved GPCR.

Abstract translation: 提供了通过表面活性剂溶解度差异分离角蛋白 - 偶联受体（GPCR）的方法，以分离嗅觉受体蛋白和GPCR并开发GPCR药物产品。 使用表面活性剂分离观音蛋白偶联受体（GPCR）的方法包括：将GPCR过表达的真菌粉碎并分离含有GPCR的粉碎物质的步骤; 处理第一表面活性剂的步骤; 处理第二表面活性剂的步骤; 以及收集溶解的GPCR的步骤。
