Abstract: 양극 산화 처리 장치 및 방법이 제공된다. 상세하게는, 양극, 상기 양극을 중심으로 상기 양극과 이격하여 일측에 배치된 제1 음극 및 상기 양극과 이격하여 타측에 배치된 제2 음극으로 이루어진 이중 음극, 내부에 전해액이 구비되어 상기 양극과 상기 이중 음극이 상기 전해액에 침지되어 있는 전해액 공급부, 상기 양극과 상기 이중 음극 사이에 전압을 인가하는 전원공급부, 및 상기 양극의 일축을 따라 상기 양극을 회전시키는 양극회전부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극 산화 처리 장치를 제공할 수 있고, 또한, 이를 이용하여 상기 양극에 금속모재를 배치하여 상기 금속모재를 양극 산화 처리하는 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 이중 음극 및 회전형 양극을 구비한 양극 산화 처리 장치를 이용하여 금속모재의 외표면 영역 및 다공성으로 이루어진 3차원적인 내부구조의 벽면에도 양극 산화 처리를 고르게 수행할 수 있다. 또한, 상기와 같은 양극 산화 처리를 통해 금속모재에 나노 기공을 형성하여 표면적을 증가시킴으로써, 상기 금속모재를 3차원 공간의 넓은 표면적을 요구하는 생체용 스캐폴드 재료로 활용하게 할 수 있다.
