Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for indexing data sequence and a recording medium recorded with a source program thereof are provided to improve filtering effect and search speed, by selecting a candidate set through distance measurement between query sequence and MBS representing a similar data sequence group. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of data sequence groups grouped in similar data sequences is generated, by clustering data sequences constituted with elements listed in time-series. Minimum bounding sequence constituted with elements corresponding to a minimum value and a maximum value among the elements of the same dimension in the data sequence group is defined as minimum bounding sequence (MBS) representing the data sequence group. The data sequence is indexed on the basis of minimum dynamic time warping (DTW) defined as smallest distance among distances calculated between query sequence and data sequence belonging to the group represented by the MBS.

홈 네트워크 내의 특정 자원을 특정 기기가 점유하여 홈 네트워크 내의 다른 사용자/기기로부터의 간섭을 배제하기 위하여, 자원의 점유 상태를 파악할 수 있는 유니버설 플러그 앤 플레이 변수 및 함수를 정의하고, 점유 상태를 파악하거나 알릴 수 있는 이벤트를 발생하도록 하여, 점유 상태에 따라 해당 자원에 대한 접근을 허용하거나 제한한다. 즉, 본 발명의 일 면에 따른 홈 네트워크의 자원 점유 제어 방법은, 홈 네트워크 내의 제1 기기가 상기 홈 네트워크 내의 제2 기기의 점유 상태를 확인하여 상기 제2 기기가 점유되지 않은 상태이면, 상기 제2 기기를 점유하고 상기 제2 기기에 대한 점유 사실 및 자신의 식별자를 상기 제2 기기로 알리는 단계와, 상기 제2 기기가 자신의 피점유 사실을 상기 홈 네트워크에 알리는 단계와, 상기 홈 네트워크 내의 컨트롤 포인트가 상기 제1 기기의 상기 제2 기기에 대한 점유 사실 및 상기 제1 기기의 식별자를 확인하는 단계를 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A content managing method for a video streaming service and a device thereof are provided to efficiently manage a content list by a server which manages video content. CONSTITUTION: A streaming management server(100) obtains a content list which can be streamed from a streaming server. The streaming management server determines whether a database exists. The database stores an existing content list of the streaming server. The streaming management server determines a database that data will be stored according to the determination result. The streaming management server adds the obtained content list to the determined database.

PURPOSE: A basic frequency extraction apparatus, vocal melody extraction apparatus, and method thereof are provided to enable a user to easily search a sound source by effectively extracting a vocal melody. CONSTITUTION: A frequency peak detection unit(120) detects a frequency peak in the frequency spectrum of a music signal. A basic frequency candidate determination unit(130) analyzes values corresponding to the location of a peak value. The basic frequency candidate determination unit selects the basic frequency candidate included in the input signal.
