본 발명은 메티실린 내성 포도상구균 균주에 탁월한 항균 활성을 나타내는 화학물질을 생산하는 새로운 미생물 균주 및 이 균주에서 생산되는 항균 활성 물질을 함유하고 있는 배양액에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 미생물 및 이로부터 생산되는 항균활성 물질을 포함하는 배양액은 기존 항생제의 계속되는 사용으로 인한 메티실린 내성 균주의 내성화 문제의 해결에 활용될 수 있다. 특히 본 배양액은 동물사료용 항생제를 대체 할 수 있으며 동물성장을 촉진하고 사료효율을 개선시키는 사료첨가제 성분으로 효과적으로 사용될 수 있다. 나르제니신, 사료첨가제

PURPOSE: A pine needle fermentation liquid for improving blood circulation is provided to reduce blood cholesterol content, neutral lipid, and thrombus and treat cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia and arteriosclerosis. CONSTITUTION: A pine needle fermentation liquid for reducing cholesterol with increased phenol compound and thrombus is prepared by storing and fermenting pine needle extract for one to ten years. The phenol compound is 1,8-cineole/eucalyptol, 2-methyl-1-butanol, 3-methyl-1-butanol, 5-isopyrenyl-2-2-methyl-2vinyltetrahydrofuran, bicyclo[2,2,1]heptan-2-ol, camphor, herboxide second isomer, hexanoic acid, ethyl ester, or isocineole. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains the pine needle fermentation liquid as an active ingredient.

According to the present invention, fractions derived from pine leaves with an inhibitory activity on an angiotensin converting enzyme are selected, and dehydroabietic acid and communic acid are identified by identifying structures among the selected materials with optimum activity. Provided are a health promotion food composition comprising dehydroabietic acid or communic acid as active ingredients for preventing or curing hypertension, a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or curing hypertension, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor, and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or curing vascular diseases. According to the present invention, dehydroabietic acid or communic acid derived from pine leaves has angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitory activity, and can be provided as a useful composition for consumer`s health. Since a method for extracting and segmenting is provided specifically in the present invention, the materials with excellent activity which is abundantly contained in pine leaves can be used as an economical raw material with a high function.

PURPOSE: A potato plant with resistance to PVY(potato virus Y) which is transformed by Ry gene is provided to enhance virus resistance and to overcome potato shortage due to viral diseases. CONSTITUTION: A potato plant with PVY resistance is prepared by transforming with a recombinant expression vector containing Golden Valley potato-derived Ry gene. The Ry gene has a base sequence of sequence number 1. The plant is Winter valley species. The PVY resistance of the potato is enhanced by transforming a potato plant with the recombinant expression vector.

A novel microorganism which produces a chemical having excellent antibacterial activity on methicillin-resistant Saphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is provided to enhance the efficiency of animal feed with high antibacterial activity and use as a feed additive. A Nocardia sp. CS682 (KCTC 11297BP) is isolated from soil. The Nocardia sp. CS682 (KCTC 11297BP) has 16s rRNA (ibosomal RNA) of the sequence number 1. The Nocardia sp. CS682 or fermentation culture liquid containing the nargenicin produced from the strain is used as an animal feed additive or promoting agent of animal growth.

본 발명은 새로운 스트렙토마이세스 레이드로진스( Streptomyces laidlogenes) CS684 균주 및 상기 균주에 의하여 생산되는 메치실린 및 반코마이신 내성 균주에 대한 항생물질에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 토양으로부터 분리되어 메치실린 내성 균주(methicillin-resistant s taphylococcus aureus , 이하 "MRSA"라 칭함) 및 반코마이신 내성 균주(vancomycin resistant enterococci, 이하, "VRE"라 칭함)에 유효한 항생물질을 생산하는 새로운 스트렙토마이세스 레이드로진스 CS0684 균주 및 상기 균주에 의하여 생산되며 MRSA 균주와 VRE 균주에 대해서 우수한 항생능력을 보이는 항생물질에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 스트렙토마이세스 레이드로진스 CS684 균주 및 이로부터 생산되는 항생물질은 기존 항생제의 계속되는 사용으로 인한 감염균의 내성화 문제를 해결할 수 있으며, 특히 기존 항생제에 의하여 생긴 MRSA와 VRE의 감염증 치료제의 개발에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
