본 발명은 아미노산 에스테르, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 및 말단에 기능성 모이어티 도입을 위한 작용기를 포함하는 그룹을 소정의 비율로 포함하되, 이에 포함된 폴리에틸렌글리콜의 길이 및 함량이 조절된 폴리포스파젠계 고분자를 포함하는 가역적 솔-젤 전이 특성이 변화된 온도감응성 하이드로젤 조성물 및 상기 폴리포스파젠계 고분자를 포함하는 의료용 고분자 하이드로젤 및 3D 프린팅용 잉크 조성물에 관한 것이다.

A poly(organophosphazene) hydrogel is provided to obtain a drug delivery system by containing at least one selected from a group consisting of at least one of phosphazene-based polymer and at least one of drug and cell for treating. A phosphazene group polymer has a structure of the chemical formula 1a. In the chemical formula 1a, p is the number of an ethylene glycol repeating unit and has the value of 7 - 50; NHCH(R1)CO2R2 is a hydrophobic amino acid ester; R1 is selected from a group consisting of H, CH3, CH2SH, CH(CH3)2, CH2CH(CH3)2, CH(CH3)C2H5, CH2CH2SCH3, CH2C6H5, CH2C6H4OH and CH2C2NH2C6H4; R2 is selected from a group consisting of CH3, C2H5, C3H7, C4H9, CH2C6H5 and CH2CHCH2; NH(R3)(R4)(R5) is an amino acid and a peptide ester; R3 is CH(W); R4 is selected from a group consisting of CO2, CO2CH2CO2, CO2CH(CH3)CO2 and CONHCH(X)CO2; and R5 is selected from a group consisting of H, CH3 and C2H.

PURPOSE: Provided are a temperature sensitive phosphagen trimer-platinum complex, its producing method and a composition of an anticancer agent containing it as an active ingredient, thereby developing an anticancer agent which has an excellent anticancer activity with less toxicity. CONSTITUTION: The temperature sensitive phosphagen trimer-platinum complex is represented by formula(1), in which m is an integer of 2, 7 and 12; n is an integer of 0, 1, 2 and 3; x is an integer of 0, 1 and 2; A2 is double figures chelate amine selected from 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine, 1,2-diaminocyclohexane or 1,1-diaminomthylcyclohexane. The method for producing the temperature sensitive phosphagen trimer-platinum complex comprises the steps of: hydrolyzing the intermediate of cyclic phosphagen trimer represented by the formula(2) with alkali earth metals of formula(3) or alkali metals of formula(4) to produce alkali earth metal salts of formula(5) or alkali metal salts of formula(6); and reacting the cyclic phosphagen trimer-alkali metal salts with (diamine) platinum (II) acidic salts of formula(7) in a ratio of 1:3.

본 발명에 따른 폴리포스파젠계 고분자는 온도감응성과 생체분해성을 동시에 가지므로 약물전달시스템을 중심으로 하는 의료용재료분야, 환경분야 및 화장품분야와 같은 다양한 분야에서 응용이 가능하며, 분자내 메톡시폴리에틸렌 및 아미노산에스테르의 조성, 메톡시폴리에틸렌글리콜의 분자량, 아미노산에스테르의 종류에 따라 폴리포스파젠계 고분자의 저임계용액온도와 분해속도를 응용목적에 맞게 조절할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A preservation composition for lumber is provided to prevent whitening phenomenon with saved time and cost. CONSTITUTION: A preservation composition for lumber contains 3-50 weight parts of alkaline salt of octaborate, 0.01-5 weight parts of surfactant, and 0-15 weight parts of flame resistant agent. The alkaline salt is selected from disodium octaborate, dipotassium octaborate, diammonium octaborate, calcium octaborate, magnesium octaborate, and hydrates thereof. The surfactant is selected from anionic surfactant, cationic surfactant, and nonionic surfactant.

A flame retardant polyolefin resin composition, and a method for preparing a polyolefin foamed particle by using the composition are provided to inhibit bleeding out and blooming, thereby improving melt welding and secondary foaming property. A flame retardant polyolefin resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of a polyolefin resin; 1-30 parts by weight of a halogen-based flame retardant; 1-30 parts by weight of an ethylene-vinyl acetate resin; 1-50 parts by weight of nanoclay; 2-50 parts by weight of a foaming agent; and 150-500 a dispersion medium. Preferably the ethylene-vinyl acetate resin contains 1-35 wt% of a vinyl acetate group; and the nanoclay is an organic onium ion-intercalated nanoclay.
