Abstract: 본 발명은 정향 추출물을 포함하는 대장암 표적치료제의 항암 활성 증진용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 정향 추출물 및 항암제를 포함하는 대장암 예방 또는 치료용 조성물; 정향 추출물을 포함하는 항암 활성 증진용 식품 또는 식품 첨가물; 및 대장암 표적치료제 및 정향 추출물을 포함하는 조성물을 인간을 제외한 개체에 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 대장암 치료방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 대장암 표적치료제와 병용할 경우, 대장암 표적치료제의 항암 활성을 증진시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 항암 활성 증진용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and treating retinal disorders which includes comb slight intoxication extracts or the fractions is provided to prevent degeneration of the retina nerve cells induced from oxidative stress. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating retinal disorders includes comb slight intoxication extracts or the fractions. The retinal disorder is the age-related macular degeneration or the glaucoma. The retinal disorder is induced by the oxidative stress. The comb slight intoxication extracts is obtained by extracting using water, alcohol of C1- C4, acetone or a mixed solvent thereof. The alcohol is either methanol or ethanol. The fractions are obtained by successively partitioning the Rheum coreanum extract by using N-hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate, normal - butanol and water in order. The health supplement for preventing and treating retinal disorders includes the comb slight intoxication or the fraction thereof as an active ingredient.

Abstract: An extract of Dracocephalum foetidum and an extract of Sophora alopecuroides are provided to be used as an antibacterial composition for washing and sterilizing the skin surface, prevent the decay and the poisoning of the food, and periodontal diseases, and be used as a natural antibacterial agent for a filter of an air purifying product by having antibacterial activity on bacteria and fungi of skin surface, bacteria causing decay of foods and food-poisoning, Streptococcus Mutans and antibiotics resistant bacteria. An antibacterial composition comprises an extract of Dracocephalum foetidum which is a refined oil ingredient of the Dracocephalum foetidum or an extract of Sophora alopecuroides which is prepared by using a solvent such as water, alcohol, hexane, methylene chloride, ethyl acetate and a mixture thereof.
