Abstract: PURPOSE: An energy management system structure and a management method of an electric vehicle are provided to control the usage of energy inside a vehicle in order to be suitable to the state of available energy for a vehicle using the information about not only the current state of the battery, but also the charging station enabled to charge. Abstract: PURPOSE: An emergency medical supporting service providing method and system thereof are provided to automatically notify current location information and biometrics to an emergency medical supporting server by measuring the biometrics and current location information of a user. CONSTITUTION: A request processing unit(131) receives emergency supporting request messages from a health care apparatus of a user. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for removing metal contaminant formed on surface of silicon substrate is provided to easily remove metal contaminant without damage of the silicon substrate. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of an UV(ultraviolet)/O3 cleaning(S100) and an RHP(remote hydrogen plasma) cleaning(S200). The UV/O3 cleaning step(S100) further comprises the sub-steps of irradiating UV and O3 to a silicon substrate having metal contaminant; exiting the metal contaminant to an atom state using the UV light and exiting oxygen molecular to atom state according to the ozone(O3); and generating a metal oxide by reacting the exited metal contaminant and the oxygen atom. The RFP cleaning step(S200) further comprises the sub-steps of generating a hydrogen atom from the hydrogen plasma; creating a hydride by reaction the metal oxide and the hydrogen atom; and removing the hydride by lift-off.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for providing common NP(Number Portability) for a cord phone and a mobile phone is provided to connect a cord phone network with a mobile phone network by an intelligent network and offer the NP to the cord phone and the mobile phone by an NPDB(NP DataBase). CONSTITUTION: If a call transmitted from a mobile phone to a mobile phone is received in an origination station(1) of a mobile phone network(100), the origination station(1) retrieves the last routing number from the first NPDB(2) and connects the call to a current termination station(9) corresponding to the corresponding routing number. If a call transmitted from a mobile phone to a cord phone network(200) is received in the origination station(1), the origination station(1) requests the connection of the call to a global termination station(13) of the cord phone network(200). If a message is received from the global termination station(13) for indicating that the call is a moved call, the origination station(1) retrieves a routing number of a current termination station(12) of the cord phone network(200) from the first NPDB(2) and connects the call to the current termination station(12).
