    Abstract: PURPOSE: A moving base station is provided to easily install a GPS receiver and external devices and to protect devices from external environments. CONSTITUTION: A box-type lower case(10) has open top and contains a GPS receiver(S) and a data processing device(20) that are interlinked. An input unit(30) is installed in a cover plate(11) covering the open top of the lower case. A battery(40) is accommodated inside the lower case and provides power to the data processing device. An upper case(50) is hinged on the lower case and has open top. A display(60) is installed on a cover plate(51) covering the open top of the upper case and outputs information of the data processing device. Through holes(11A,51A) and connection terminals(70) are respectively formed in the upper and lower cases. A GPA receiving antenna and a weather measuring device are connected to the connection terminals.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for calculating satellite navigation visibility are provided to perform accurate analysis by binarizing an input sky view image. CONSTITUTION: A satellite navigation visibility calculation device includes a processing unit (120), an extraction unit (130), and a calculation unit (140). The processing unit generates a binary image by binarizing an input sky view image. The extraction unit extracts feature points from the binary image. The calculation unit calculates satellite navigation dilution of precision (DOP) corresponding to the sky view image by using the feature points. The extraction unit forms virtual lines at regular intervals from the center of the binary image and extracts boundary points as the feature points by searching the boundary points of sky and an object over the virtual line.
