    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for calculating satellite navigation visibility are provided to perform accurate analysis by binarizing an input sky view image. CONSTITUTION: A satellite navigation visibility calculation device includes a processing unit (120), an extraction unit (130), and a calculation unit (140). The processing unit generates a binary image by binarizing an input sky view image. The extraction unit extracts feature points from the binary image.
