Abstract: 본발명은차량용도어의글래스런에관한것으로서, 도어글래스의승하강시에글래스면과밀착되는립의마찰에의해도어프레임의장착부에서상하유동되는것을최소화할수 있는동시에도어프레임과의조립시작업성이향상되는개선된구조의글래스런을제공하는데그 목적이있다. 상기한목적을달성하기위해, 도어프레임의장착부내측으로삽입될때 상기장착부내측면에접촉되면서회전되도록글래스런바닥부에일체로형성되고삽입이완료된상태에서상기장착부내측면의돌출턱에걸리어장착부로부터빠지지않도록해주는회전식걸림턱을구비한것을특징으로하는차량용도어의글래스런이개시된다. 이러한본 발명의글래스런에의하면, 조립완료시회전식걸림턱과프레임과의오버랩량및 지지력이증가되면서글래스런이도어프레임에견고히위치를유지할수 있게되고, 외관불량및 소음발생의문제점을해결할수 있게된다. 또한글래스런조립시에회전식걸림턱이회전하게되므로삽입력이축소되고, 보다쉽게삽입이가능해져작업성이개선될수 있게된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A separation structure of a regulator handle for a vehicle is provided to make separation of the handle executed quickly and simply and to prevent a boss from being broken. CONSTITUTION: In a separation structure of a regulator handle(4) for a vehicle, a support groove(3) is formed to a side of a regulator shaft(2) installed to a door trim(1). A boss(6) is formed to a handle body of the regulator handle and grooves(7) are formed to sides of the boss. An escutcheon(18) is fitted to the boss and a clip(9) is fitted to the groove and then the boss is inserted in the regulator shaft. The clip is inserted in the support groove. The escutcheon is combined in a state of being divided into a body part(19) and a separation piece(21).

Abstract: PURPOSE: Installation structure of a weather strip for a door frame in a vehicle is provided to eliminate a release sheet from an adhesive tape conveniently by minimizing the distance between the adhesive tape and the end of the frame by placing the adhesive tape in the end of the frame. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip is mounted in a frame(12) of a door with a clip(18) and an adhesive tape(20), and clearance between the frame and a roof panel(16) is sealed in opening and closing the door. The weather strip is composed of a hollow body(14a) contacted to the roof panel, a solid body(14b) contacted to the outer end of the roof panel, and a fixing body(14c) placed in the frame. The fixing body is fixed in a settling face(12c) of the frame with the clip, and fastened in a hemming part(10a) of the door with the adhesive tape. The release sheet is removed from the adhesive tape conveniently with placing the adhesive tape in the hemming part. The weather strip is installed continuously with preventing the release sheet from being cut.
