Moreover, an anhydrid and other hydrolyzed groups and/or free carboxylic groups could, at least, be partially transferred into saline form at 0.02-10 wt.%, (C) water at the quantity of 30-70 wt.% and, also, (D) conventional additional products used to prepare the composition at the quantity of 2-15 wt.%.
