Abstract: PURPOSE: An information obtaining method of a neighbor base station in a femto cell is provided to efficiently transmit a neighbor advertisement message to a terminal from a femto cell base station. CONSTITUTION: A terminal requests neighbor BS(Base Station) information through an NBR-REQ message(S310). The NBR-REQ message includes an RT(Request Base Station Type) field and a BSID field for BSID(Base Station Identifier). A femto BS(Base Station) analyzes the NBR-REQ message. The femto base station includes terminal request information in the NBR-ADV message(S320).
