    Abstract: PURPOSE: A frame for a scooter-like two-wheeled vehicle is provided to enable quick modification of the vehicle whereby the left/right front sub pipes and the rear frame part are assembled separately. CONSTITUTION: A main pipe(20) is welded to a head pipe(10) on the top thereof and has a vertical bottom part. Left/right front sub pipes(130a,130b) with one end welded to both lower sides of the main pipe are opened to opposite sides and bent upward. In a rear frame part, connection pipes(150a,150b) are inserted in the free ends of the left/right front sub pipes and left/right rear frame pipes(140a,140b) are linked with cross members so that the front sides of the left/right rear frame pipes are inserted to the connection pipes.

    Abstract: A main step for a two-wheeled vehicle is provided to regulate the height from a seat to the top of a step bar according to the length of a passenger's leg by varying the height of a step bar vertically. A main step for a two-wheeled vehicle comprises a fixed bracket(20) fixed to two lower sides of a frame(10), and a rotary bracket(30) coupling the top to the fixed bracket, wherein the fixed bracket is formed by welding the top and bottom of an opening of a C-shaped bracket body to two lower sides of the frame, forming a fastening hole in the center of a vertical plane of the C-shaped bracket body and welding a nut to the inside of the fastening hole, and forming plural support holes concentrically around the fastening hole, and the rotary bracket is formed by forming a bolt support hole in the top of a vertical plate, forming a projection(33) in the eccentric position of the bolt support hole, fixing one side of a step bar(35) to the opposite side of the bolt support hole of the vertical plate to be projected outward in the width direction with a bolt, inserting the projection to the support holes and coupling to the bolt support hole and the fastening hole to be separable with a bolt.

    Abstract: A frame of scooter type motorcycle is provided to make the external appearance of the motorcycle compact while improving the freedom in shape of the cover. A frame of scooter type motorcycle includes a main frame(10) comprises a main pipe(12), sub pipes(13a,13b), and a cross member(14). The main pipe is welded to a head pipe(11) at one end and extended downward at the other end. The sub pipes are welded to the bottom of the main pipe at one end and bent downward. The cross member is welded to the rear end of the sub pipes. The frame of scooter type motorcycle also includes cradle pipes(21a,21b) which are connected to the head pipe and the front side of the sub pipes by fasteners(43), a seat support member(23) which is connected to the middle side of the sub pipes and the cross member by fasteners, and truss pipes(31a,31b) which are connected to the cradle pipes and the front side of the seat support member by fasteners.
