Abstract:
본 발명은 수중 침하성 목재 상자를 이용한 잘피 숲 조성 방법에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 잘피의 인공종묘를 육상 또는 선상에서 수중 침하성 목재 상자에 이식한 후, 상기 목재 상자를 수중에 대량으로 설치하여 잘피 숲을 조성함으로서 경제적인 손실을 절감할 수 있는 수중 침하성 목재 상자를 이용한 잘피 숲 조성 방법을 제공하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 수중 침하성 목재 상자를 이용한 잘피 숲 조성 방법은 목재를 열처리하여 수중 침하성 목재를 형성하는 제 1단계와, 상기 수중 침하성 목재를 이용하여 복수의 목재 상자를 형성하는 제 2단계와, 상기 목재 상자에 흙과 물을 공급하는 제 3단계와, 상기 목재 상자에 잘피 인공종묘를 이식하는 제 4단계 및 상기 잘피 인공종묘가 이식된 목재 상자를 수중에 대량으로 설치하는 제 5단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The present invention relates to expression vectors and methods for enhancing soluble expression and secretion of a heterologous protein, particularly a bulky folded active heterologous protein which has one or more transmembrane-like domains or intramolecular disulfide bonds by linking a leader peptide with acidic or basic pI and high hydrophilicity thereto; by substituting one or more amino acids within N-terminal of the heterologous protein with ones having acidic or neutral pI and high hydrophilicity; or reducing elevating GRNA value of a polynucleotide encoding the leader peptide having basic pI value and high hydrophilicity. The expression vector and the method may be used to produce of heterologous protein and to transduce of therapeutic proteins in a patient by preventing formation of insoluble inclusion body and by enhancing secretional efficiency of the heterologous protein into the periplasm or outside cell.

PURPOSE: A sea cucumber house is provided to prevent the surface of a sea cucumber house from being damaged due to waves. CONSTITUTION: A sea cucumber house comprises a body(10) which is settled in the bottom of the sea. In the body, a through-hole(10a) is formed. The body is formed in a hemi-spherical shape. The lower part contacting the bottom of the sea floor is flat or bent downward. The body can be formed into the shape of a staple and be arranged so that the open part thereof can face the bottom of the sea.

PURPOSE: A net for culturing oyster is provided to improve the quality of oyster and enhance use convenience by separating a cap. CONSTITUTION: A net for culturing oyster comprises a tubular net main body(610) and a separable cap(620). Both ends of the net main body are open. The cap functions as a frame by closing both open ends of the net main body and is able to be detachably combined with both ends of the net main body. A closing unit covers both open ends of the net main body. A plurality of penetration holes is formed in an extension unit. Combining holes are formed in a location corresponding to the penetration hole in a support unit.

PURPOSE: A probe for determining classification system of animals belonging to Cetacea, DNA chips and kit including the same, and a classification determining method of animals belonging to the Cetacea using the same are provided to simply, rapidly and accurately judge genotypes of a plurality of animals belong to whale and subpopulation of the same without analyzing base sequence. CONSTITUTION: A probe for determining classification system of animals belonging to Cetacea is specifically combined with COI(Cytochrome C Oxidase subunit I) DNA region in mitochondria DNA of each species which are belong to the Cetacea. The probe comprises a probe of polynucleotide having base sequence of sequence number 3[SEQ ID NO:3]-14 or complementary base sequence of the polynucleotides. The length of the probe is 15 greater and 30 or less number of bases. A DNA chip for the classification system determination of the animals belonging to the Cetacea comprises probes which specifically unite with the COI gene region of the mitochondrial DNA of each animal belonging to the Cetacea. A classification system decision method of the animals belonging to the Cetacea comprises the following steps: PCR amplifying mitochondrial DNA of samples using primers for amplifying the mitochondrial DNA of each kind of animal belonging to the Cetacea; mixing the mitochondrial DNA amplified in the DNA chip; and detecting reactants which are mixed with probes of the DNA chips and determining classification system.

PURPOSE: A novel gene encoding Paralichthys olivaceus-derived antibacterial peptide, bea-defensin is provided to ensure pivotal immune response function and to be used in developing natural antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A Paralichthys olivaceus-derived antibacterial polypeptide comprises: a polypeptide encoded by cDNA having one of nucleic acid sequence among sequence numbers 1-5; a polypeptide encoded by gDNA having one of nucleic acid among sequence numbers 6-10; or a polypeptide having one of amino acid sequence among sequence numbers 11-15. The antibacterial polypeptide is anionic. Antibiotics or feed additives contain the antibacterial polypeptide, mutant thereof, or active fragment thereof as an active ingredient.

CONSTITUTION: An aquarium for determining the character of pleuronectiformes comprises: a water tub main body member(1) in which one side thereof is transparent; and a reflecting mirror(2) which is installed in the external lower part of the water tub main body member and facilitates the determination of the character of the pleuronectiformes. The water tub main body member includes: a receiving part which contains live fish and water; and a supporting part which supports the receiving part.
