Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a connecting line to a control unit and reduce an inductance by extending power connections in parallel with as base plate where a power semiconductor switching element is adapted onto it. SOLUTION: A control unit 12 is sealed on a housing 2 of a module 1 by a screw 10 passing through a corresponding screw hole 11. The power semiconductor module 1 has a number of control and auxiliary connections 13, and the connections are connected to the control unit 12 by a plug. Furthermore, the module 1 has two power connections 5 and 6, and the connections are led to a side part from the housing 2. The control unit 12 is directly arranged on the housing 2 of the module, thus shortening the connecting line between the control and auxiliary connections 13 and the control unit 12 greatly and lowering an inductance.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a compact and inexpensive discharge measuring instrument with a high measurement accuracy at UHF region by forming a flange protruding part in a trumpet shape between an opening and a flange carried by the flange protruding part and forming a first part of the external conductor of a shifting conduit on the inner surface. SOLUTION: A support body 11 is retained while it is electrically insulated by a metal cover 12 of a metal capsule which is place to a flange protruding part 4 in gaslight state. Inner and external conductors are coaxially placed at a shift pipe 8. The inner conductor is formed by the outer surface of the support body 11 and a circular plate 10 is connected to a shield conductor 14 of a measurement cable 7. The external conductor is formed mainly by the inner surface of the trumpet-shaped flange protruding part 4 at a first part and is thinner toward the tip in trumpet shape between the edge portion of an opening 5 and a flange 16 carried by the edge portion used to retain a flange cover 12. When a discharge occurs, an electromagnetic wave is generated in the metal capsule. The electromagnetic wave has a frequency band which is formed slightly stronger at UHF region in response to a high-voltage value reaching 1,000KV.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the secondary combustion small in emission by providing a premix type burner in which a primary burner stabilizes the flame so that the combustion air flows in the tangential direction, and providing a secondary burner of premix type which is not self-operated. SOLUTION: A combustion chamber with two-stage combustion has primary burners 110 of the premix type of construction, in which the flame is stabilized without any mechanical flame holding body. The primary burner 110 is operated by the double-cone principle, and has two intermediate conical partial bodies fitted inside and outside the flowing direction, the axes of the partial bodies are deviated from each other, and a longitudinally distributed gas inflow opening 117 is provided in a wall of the partial bodies. On the other hand, a gaseous or liquid fuel is injected into a gaseous main stream as the secondary flow in a passage 154 of the secondary burner 150, and the main stream is guided through eddy generators 9, 9a, etc.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an efficiency and specific output by injecting part of the steam superheated in a waste-heat steam generator at the proper place in a gas turbine group, in a power plant consisting of a gas turbine group and the waste-heat steam generator flowing an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: A gas turbine group having a compressor 1 is provided with a first combustion chamber 4, first turbine 7, second combustion chamber 9 and second turbine 12 continuously on the downstream side of this compressor 1 in order and a generator 19 is connected to a common rotor shaft side 24. The exhaust gas from the second turbine 12 is streamed in the waste-heat steam generator 14 and one part 15 of the steam superheated here is injected into the second combustion chamber 9. The other part of the steam is taken out from a drum 20 as a saturated steam 16 and introduced to a heat exchanger 17 and 100% of energy is collected by the superheat by the heat of the compressed air. The obtained superheated steam 25 is thrown into the combustion chamber 4 and can be utilized to the output increase of a power plant.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-quality brazing without removing a stator coil by removing an existing connection device from the edge part of a rod, then inserting a first connection part into it, filling a foil into a gap between the both and performing brazing, and finally mounting a second connection part to the free edge of the first connection part by brazing. SOLUTION: An existing connection device is removed from the edge part of a rod by induction heating. Then, after a first connection part 2a for completely surrounding the edge part of the rod is inserted and engaged, a space which remains between it and the outer surface of the edge part of the rod is filled with a foil. Further, both are subjected to induction heating and are brazed by adding a brazing material. Finally, a second connection part 2b is mounted to the free edge of the first connection part 2a by brazing, thus achieving a high-quality brazing without removing a stator coil.

The concentration of the fuel in the premixture VM, under respective operating conditions of the burner is selected, in such a way that the premixture lines outside the ignition limit. The premixture VM is fed to a final mixture zone EMZ and is mixed therein with the residual fuel RB, which is likewise supplied and/or with an oxygenous secondary gas SG. A resulting final mixture EM is fed to a following combustion zone VZ.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for providing an oscillation damper in a place, where it suffers a thermally heavy load such as in a combustion chamber by allowing a controller to influence the rotating speed and movement of a perforated plate according to pressure oscillations that depend on the load in the combustion chamber. SOLUTION: This device attenuates thermoacoustic oscillations generated, when a fuel 2 flowing into a combustion chamber 17 is burnt. A perforated plate 3, having an eccentric opening 4 through which the fuel 2 flows and rotating coaxially with a fuel conduit 1, is disposed in the fuel conduit 1 communicating with a burner 12, such that it is vertically movable with respect to the rotating axis. Rotating means 10 and moving means 11 for the perforated plate 3 are connected to means for measuring the amplitude and frequency of pressure oscillations in the combustion chamber 17 via a controller 18, which influences the rotating speed and movement of the perforated plate 3 corresponding to the pressure oscillations, which depend on the load in the combustion chamber 17.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce exhaust gas emission by feeding fuel through a passage via slits inside a fuel feeding conduit to an atomizing edge and improving the mixture of liquid fuel and combustion air, before ignition arranging distribution pins between distribution panels comprising the inside of the passage. SOLUTION: Liquid fuel is fed by a fuel nozzle to a fuel conduit 2 of an injection nozzle 1. The fuel is fed through a fuel conduit 2 via slots 6 to a distribution panel 3 forming a passage 7. Distribution pins 4 are arranged along the full length of the injection nozzle 1 in the distribution panel 3, and the fuel is distribution uniformly at the nearer side of atomizing edge 5 in the direction of the flow by the distribution pins. The thickness of the fuel films is decided by a gap width (t) of the passage 7 at the atomizing edge 5. Therefore, the liquid fuel can be fed into the injection nozzle 1 at a comparatively low pressure. As a result of this, the mixture of the liquid fuel and combustion air before ignition can be improved, and exhaust gas emission can be reduced.

Then cooling air supplied from a restricting wall of a double-wall type combustion chamber for use in forming self-igniting type mixture material, and additional fuel are fed into a flue gas flow passing through a precombustion space 61. In order to attain this arrangement, the pre-mixing burner 110 is arranged at a head end of a combustion chamber 60, subsequently the precombustion space 61 is installed, and an accelerating space 71 for the flue gas is arranged in subsequent to the pre-igniting region 61. Then, the restricting wall of the double-wall type combustion chamber within the region of the accelerating space 70 is provided with a flow inlet 64, and the inlet port of at least one post-ignition region 62 is provided with an injection means 121 for injecting additional fuel.
