Abstract: PURPOSE: A pusher and a method for anastomosing a fistula using the same are provided to be used for various operations by anastomosing the fistula like the blood vessel. CONSTITUTION: A pusher includes an insertion unit(30) and a pressurization unit(20). The insertion unit is inserted into one side of the fistula and corrects the shape of one side of the fistula. The pressurization unit is connected to the rear end of the insertion unit. The pressurization unit includes a pressurization surface. The pressurization surface pressurizes one end of the fistula and fixes the fistula in one end of the anastomosis ring installed in the fistula. The pressurization surface has a cross section larger than the inner diameter of the anastomosis ring.

Abstract: A fixture of an implant is provided, which reduces the time to be required to the symphysis and increases bone fusion by increase of contact surface with the alveolar bone.
