Abstract: A fixture of an implant is provided, which reduces the time to be required to the symphysis and increases bone fusion by increase of contact surface with the alveolar bone. A fixture of an implant comprises: a body part(10) having cylindrical shape; and a tubular element(20) positioned on the top of the body part. The bottom part(12) arranged in the lower part of the body part has a frusto-conical shape in which the width becomes narrow to the lower part to make the fixture easily inserted within the hole of the alveolar bone. The fixture is equipped with: a bottom fixing groove(14) caving in from the lower surface of the bottom part towards the top; and an inner hole(22) extended to the center of the body part from the upper end of the tubular element.
