Abstract: 본 발명에 의하면, 고주파 의료용 소작기는 전단부에 개구가 형성되는 로드; 그리고 상기 개구에 설치되어 상기 개구를 폐쇄하고, 상기 개구를 따라 미끄럼이동하는 전극판을 포함하며, 상기 전극판은 고주파를 인가하는 고주파 단자를 구비하며, 상기 고주파 단자는 상기 전극판과 함께 이동한다. 상기 로드는 상기 전극판의 이동방향과 대체로 나란하도록 상기 개구의 일변 및 타변을 따라 형성된 가이드홈을 가지며, 상기 전극판은 상기 가이드홈에 삽입되는 가이드돌기를 가질 수 있다. 상기 고주파 의료용 소작기는 상기 전극판의 일단에 연결되는 랙 벨트; 그리고 상기 랙 벨트를 따라 형성된 이빨에 맞물려 회전에 의해 상기 랙 벨트를 병진운동시키는 피니언을 포함하며, 상기 랙 벨트의 병진운동에 따라 상기 전극판은 미끄럼이동할 수 있다. 상기 로드의 전단은 대체로 구 형상일 수 있다.

Abstract: A fixture of an implant is provided, which reduces the time to be required to the symphysis and increases bone fusion by increase of contact surface with the alveolar bone. A fixture of an implant comprises: a body part(10) having cylindrical shape; and a tubular element(20) positioned on the top of the body part. The bottom part(12) arranged in the lower part of the body part has a frusto-conical shape in which the width becomes narrow to the lower part to make the fixture easily inserted within the hole of the alveolar bone. The fixture is equipped with: a bottom fixing groove(14) caving in from the lower surface of the bottom part towards the top; and an inner hole(22) extended to the center of the body part from the upper end of the tubular element.

Abstract: A high frequency surgical instrument and a high frequency surgical method are provided to treat an affected part position in various angles by controlling a rotation angel of a pinion and a high frequency terminal. An opening is formed in the front end of a rod(12). An electrode plate(14) is arranged in the opening to close the opening. The electrode plate has a high frequency terminal. The high frequency terminal moves with the electrode plate. A guide groove is formed in both sides of the rod. A guide protrusion is formed in both sides of the electrode plate. The guide protrusion is inserted into the guide groove. A rack belt is connected to one end of the electrode plate. A pinion(22) translates the rack belt. The electrode plate slides along the opening according to the translation of the rack belt.
