Abstract:
A hydrophilic composite comprising a hydrophilic carbon black aggregate is provided to realize improved conductivity and hydrophilicity of a bipolar plate for a fuel cell and to allow the bipolar plate to maintain such improved conductivity and hydrophilicity. A hydrophilic composite comprising a hydrophilic carbon aggregate includes a resin binder comprising a thermoplastic resin or thermosetting resin, a conductive filler, and hybrid particles formed of hydrophilic inorganic particles(110) embedded into the surface of carbon black particles(100). The hydrophilic composite comprises 1-45 wt of the resin binder, 50-98 wt% of the conductive filler and 0.5-45 wt% of the hydrophilic carbon black aggregate.
Abstract:
A polyphenylene sulfide resin-based composition is provided to significantly reduce burrs generated during molding while maintaining good physical properties such as mechanical strength and processability, and to obtain molded plastic articles used in optical parts, electric/electronic parts, etc. A polyphenylene sulfide resin-based composition comprises: a base resin containing 60-95 wt% of a polyphenylene sulfide resin, and 5-40 wt% of a polyphenylene ether resin; and 0.01-5.0 parts by weight of a disulfide compound based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin. The polyphenylene sulfide resin has a melt index of 10-300 g/10 minutes at 316 deg.C under a load of 2.16 kg. The polyphenylene ether resin has an intrinsic viscosity of 0.2-0.8 in chloroform at 25 deg.C.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises: a base resin including 16-73 wt% of polyphenylene ether (A), 18-82 wt% of polyamide (B) and 1-20 wt% of a polyethylene based polymer; 0.05-1 parts by weight of a multi-functional compatibilizer (D) including at least two carboxyl groups based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin; and 0.05-1 parts by weight of a multi-functional compatibilizer (E) including a carboxyl group or an acid anhydride group with a carbon-carbon double bond based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin.
