PURPOSE: A premelt pot is provided to constantly maintain the surface level of molten zinc and to precisely control the tapped amount of the molten zinc. CONSTITUTION: A premelt pot(1) comprises a launder(2) and a level control part(3) and accommodates molten zinc. The launder is connected to one side of the premelt pot. The level control part is inputted in the molten zinc to apply pressure to the molten zinc so that the surface level of the molten zinc can be controlled.

PURPOSE: A welding check device is provided to measure a protruding weld position of an object by accurately positioning a welding check sensor on the object. CONSTITUTION: A welding check device(100) comprises a rotation supporting unit(10) and a welding check sensor(30). The rotation supporting unit supports an object(11) to rotate as being separated from the floor of a work place. The welding check sensor is installed via a sensor supporting unit(20) on the side of the rotation supporting unit and senses the outer surface of the object to check a weld position of the object.

PURPOSE: Tar and moisture removal apparatus and method for coke oven gas are provided to control the generation of condensed water during a cooling process of the coke oven gas. CONSTITUTION: A tar and moisture removal apparatus for coke oven gas includes a housing(100), a gas supply inlet(200), an air supply inlet(300), a cooling unit(400), a demister(500), a purification filter(600), a first vent(700), and a second vent(800). The housing includes a cooling space on the lower inside and a purification space on the upper inside. The gas supply inlet receives the coke oven gas from the outside. The air supply inlet receives air from the outside. The cooling unit is installed in the cooling space. The demister removes water drops contained in the coke oven gas. The purification filter filters foreign materials from steam contained in the coke oven gas.

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for coating a roll plate includes a storage chamber and a plurality of coating rollers(7). A coating solution, which is used for coating the surface of the roll plate, is stored in the storage chamber. The coating solution is applied to the external surface of the coating rollers. The coating rollers coat the surface of the roll plate. The wettability of the center part of a coating roller is different from that of the edge part of the coating roller.

CONSTITUTION: A safety valve of a low-pressure pipeline comprises first and second pipes(3,5) and an opening/closing unit(13). The first pipe connects to the bottom surface of a waste gas pipe(1). The second pipe is extended from the first pipe and is bent. The second pipe is parallel to the first pipe. The opening/closing unit opens and closes a waste gas outlet(9) formed on the one side of the first pipe.

PURPOSE: A stave with an isolated wire and a system for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace using the same are provided to enable a worker to easily confirm the changed thickness of the stave and to reduce a measuring error. CONSTITUTION: A system for measuring the thickness of a melting furnace using a stave comprises a current receiving unit(20), a current supply unit(10), and a current measurement unit(30). The current receiving unit has multiple isolated wires. The isolated wires are installed inside the inner wall of a melting furnace. The current supply unit supplies currents to the inside the melting furnace to flow the currents to the current receiving unit through the isolated wires. From the current measurement area is the current supply unit. The current measurement unit measures which isolated wire flows the currents.

PURPOSE: A device for detecting the rotation of a roller is provided to easily detect the rotation of a guide roller since a stator and a rotor detect the rotation of the guide roller generate when the guide roller rotates. CONSTITUTION: A device for detecting the rotation of a roller comprises a rotor(40), a stator and a current detecting unit. The rotor is close to the through hole of a roller, which passes through a rotary shaft. The rotor is fixed to the inside of the roller. The rotor is a permanent magnet. The stator is installed on the rotary shaft to face the rotor. The stator is wound on the iron core on the rotary shaft. The current detecting unit detects current from the stator or the rotator when the rotor rotates.

A method for measuring three-dimensional direction and coordinate of a spot using three distance measuring sensors is provided to attach a cone patch to the spot for to measuring in order to read the direction and coordinate of the location. A method for measuring three-dimensional direction and coordinate of a spot using three distance measuring sensors comprises next steps. A cone patch is adhered to the specific location at the lower part center of the specific location. Three distance measuring sensors measuring the distance to the patch(1,2,3) are installed on the same circumference to be regular triangle while separated with the patch but facing the patch. A direction and coordinate the reference spot of the specific location is calculated based on the measured distances.
