Abstract: PURPOSE: A quick coupler separator is provided to hold a female coupler even if the female coupler is separated from a male coupler or to enable a user to simply separate the female coupler from the male coupler. CONSTITUTION: A quick coupler separator comprises a fixed member (100), a moving member (200), a supporting member (300), a guide pin (410), an operating pin (420), and a lever (500). The supporting member is evenly separated from the moving member and a male coupler and is fixed at the outer circumference of a female coupler (12). A holding member (411) is formed at the one end of the guide pin. Other end of holding member passes through the one end of the supporting member, the one end of the moving member, and the one end of the fixed member. An operating member is formed at the one end of the operating pin. Other end of the operating member passes through an area in which the guide pin passes through. The one end of the lever is individually combined with the other end of the guide pin and the other end of the operating pin.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for washing disk filters with acidic sludge are provided to reuse disk filters without the acidic sludge and stains for filtering an etching solution with pollutants. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for washing disk filters is composed of a washing part(200) and a rinsing part(300). The washing part includes a washing bath(210), a first heater(220), and a first vibrating unit(230). The washing part removes acidic sludge from the disk filters. The rinsing part includes a first rinsing bath(310), a second vibrating unit(312), a second rinsing bath(320), and a third heater(321). CONSTITUTION: A induction heater(100) includes a heating main body(110) and a heat module(120).
