Abstract: 본 발명은, 소형화, 저 손실과 고 감쇠극을 제공하며, 설계시 유전상수에 따른 설계제한에서 자유롭게 하여 설계공정을 최적화하여 제조단가를 줄일 수 있는 마이크로스트립 교차결합 대역통과필터를 제공한다.
본 발명에 따른 마이크로스트립 교차결합 대역통과필터는, 입력단자와 전계결합되는 입력공진기와 출력단자와 전계결합되는 출력공진기 사이가 자계결합되고, 입력공진기와 출력공진기가 자계결합되는 사이 간격인 교차결합 갭이 형성된다. 또 입력단자 및 출력단자와 복합적인 전계결합되는 교차결합선로가 더 포함된다.
여기서, 교차결합 갭은 통과대역의 상측에 감쇠극 특성을 발생시키는 간격이며, 교차결합 갭의 간격의 변화에 따라 감쇠극의 감쇠주파수가 변화될 수 있다. 또한, 교차결합선로는 통과대역의 상측 및 하측에 감쇠극 특성을 발생시키며, 교차결합선로와 상기 입출력단자와의 간격, 교착결합선로의 길이 및 폭에 따라 감쇠극의 주파수가 변화될 수 있다.-

Abstract: A S/N enhancer using the magnetostatic wave signal. The S/N enhancer comprises a balun coupler for dividing an input signal into a first and second signals having the same power, the second signal having the phase difference of 180 degree with respect to the first signal; a saturation magnetostatic wave filter for receiving the first signal output from the balun coupler, converting that into a magnetostatic wave signal, and oppositely converting the magnetostatic wave signal, wherein the power of the magnetostatic wave signal is saturated if the first signal has the power of equal to and more than that of a noise signal; a delay line having the linearity to transmit the second signal output from the balun coupler; and a power synthesizer for synthesizing the respective signals output from the saturation magnetostatic wave filter and the delay line.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A mixed active network model and a packet processing method in an active network model are provided to classify packets into an 'Aflow' packet, a 'non-Aflow' packet, and a 'sigAflow' packet according to the continuity of a packet delivery cycle, so as to actively load resources necessary for performing active packets on an active node. CONSTITUTION: If an optional packet is received to a packet classifier(S200), the packet classifier decides whether a protocol field of a header of the packet is set as active(S202). If not, the packet classifier regards the received packet as a general IP(Internet Protocol) packet(S204), and if set as active, the packet classifier regards the received packet as an active packet(S206). The active packet is provided to a flow classifier(S208). The flow classifier decides whether the packet matches with a demux key field(S210). If so, the flow classifier classifies the packet as an 'Aflow' packet(S212). If the packet does not match with the demux key field, a performance environment block detects a type field of the active packet header(S214). If a detected type value is '0'(S216), the performance environment block classifies the packet as a 'sigAflow' packet(S218). And if the detected type value is '2'(S220), the performance environment block classifies the packet as a 'non-Aflow' packet(S222).

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a YIG magnetic body ceramic composition for microwaves, which has low magnetic loss and high density and can be used for communication parts for a microwave band. CONSTITUTION: The magnetic body ceramic composition comprises 95-99.95mol% of yttrium iron garnet(Y3Fe5O12) and 0.05-5mol% of silica(SiO2). The magnetic body ceramic composition is produced by a process comprising the steps of: mixing iron oxide(Fe2O3) and yttrium oxide(Y2O3) in the molar ratio of 5:3 and calcining at 1150-1250deg.C for 5-7 hours; adding 0.05-5mol% of the silica and mixing; molding and sintering the mixture at 1300-1450deg.C for 3-5 hours.
