PURPOSE: A cooling system with a wick manufactured by a photo-etching process is provided to obtain greater capillary force and improve heat transfer efficiency by minimizing the width of fine channels. CONSTITUTION: A cooling system with a wick(3) manufactured by a photo-etching process comprises a frame(1) forming an uneven part in the middle and the wick forming plural fine channels(4). The wick is inserted in the uneven part. Flow of fluids is performed through the fine channels and a space part(5) formed to the uneven part. The fine channels are formed through the photo-etching process. Thus, the width of the fine channels is minimized and great capillary force is obtained. The simplified manufacturing process improves productivity.

A microstripline/stripline included in an isolator/circulator is provided. The microstripline/stripline includes a resonator including a plurality of symmetric propellers, which are capable of transmitting signals in a single direction, slot formation units formed between the propellers to allow magnetic walls to be symmetrically generated and each including a plurality of slots, transfer tracks for bandwidth expansion formed at a side of each of the propellers within the range of the distance (the circumscribed radius of the resonator) between the center of the resonator and the outermost edge of the propeller, and ports formed at the ends of the transfer tracks. The microstripline/stripline further includes a coupler for detecting a reverse signal formed at the port, to which a load resistor is connected, and an indicator for indicating the reverse signal detected by the coupler in order to detect the state of the isolator and a system including the isolator. Accordingly, it is possible to manufacture a microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator to have a low insertion loss, high isolation, a wide bandwidth, a compact size, a low price, a simple structure, and a light weight, and it is possible to observe the state of the microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator and a system including the microstripline/stripline isolator/circulator.

PURPOSE: A broadband arrester is provided to improve the quality of a mobile communication system by forming the arrester having a low PIMD(Passive Inter-Modulation Distribution) characteristic in a mobile communication base station. CONSTITUTION: An input and an output connector(1,2) are connected to both sides of a housing(3). A short body(7) is connected to a center portion of the housing(3). An inner pin(4) is installed in the inside of the housing(3) in order to connect the input and the output connectors(1,2) to each other. A λ/4 short pin(3) is installed at the short body(7). The λ/4 short pin(3) is connected to the inner pin(4). The λ/4 short pin(3) has a thickness control portion(A) for controlling impedance. The input connector(1) and the output connector(2) are formed with a female type and a male type, respectively. The impedance is controlled by changing the thickness of the thickness control portion(A). The short pin(5) is inserted into a hole of the inner pin(4). A resonator(6) is installed in the inside of the short body(7). A cover(8) is installed an upper portion of the short body(7).

A microwave dielectric ceramic composition is fabricated by adding one selected from a material containing Ba and a material containing Sr or a mixture of a material containing Ba and a material containing Sr to a composition formed of 25 DIFFERENCE 43 wt % of TiO2, 39-57 wt % of ZrO2, and 7-28 wt % of SnO2 as an additive, wherein the additive is added by 0.2 DIFFERENCE 8.0 wt % based on the total amount of the composition, and is capable of implementing a high dielectric constant and quality factor by sintering at a temperature of 1250 DIFFERENCE 1400 DEG C.

본 발명은 무선통신 시스템에 사용되는 부품 중 커넥터의 상호변조 왜곡 신호(IMD; Intermodulation distortion) 특성을 패시브 상호변조 분석기(Passive IM Analyzer)를 사용하여 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리를 측정하는데, 이 때, 측정하고자 하는 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리의 직경과 무관하게 중심축의 위치를 변하지 않게 안정적으로 클램핑할 수 있는 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리 클램퍼를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 발명에 따르면, 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리 상호변조 왜곡 신호측정용 지그에 설치되어 상기 케이블 어셈블리(14, 21, 22)를 클램핑하는 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리 클램퍼에 있어서, 상기 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리(14, 21, 22)의 좌우측에 위치하며 하단에는 회전이 자유로운 휠(37)이 설치된 복수의 홀더(31, 32)와, 상기 복수의 홀더(31, 32)를 연결하며, 상기 복수의 홀더(31, 32) 사이의 거리를 가깝게 혹은 멀어지게 조절하는 이송수단(33)과, 상기 복수의 홀더(31, 32) 사이의 거리가 가까워지고 멀어짐에 따라 상하방향으로 이동하면서 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리(14, 21, 22)를 지지하는 지지부재(36)를 포함하며, 상기 복수의 홀더(31, 32) 중에서 어느 한 홀더의 이동거리와 동일한 거리만큼 상기 지지부재(36)가 상하로 이동하는 커넥터 케이블 어셈블리 클램퍼가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: A heat pipe and its production method are provided to improve the returning efficiency of a working fluid from a condensing portion to an evaporating portion and to have the sufficient heat transferring efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A hollow rod member(3) is inserted in the center of a pipe body(1) to secure a steam passage. A copper powder is injected between the pipe body(1) and the hollow rod member(3). The copper powder is sintered in the pipe body(1) by inserting the pipe body(1) in an electric furnace and heating. The hollow rod member(3) is removed from the pipe body(1) after cooling the pipe body(1). Thereby, wick structure is sintered and stuck to the pipe body(1).

본 발명은 폐루프 공진기를 이용한 고주파 필터에 관한 것으로, 이동통신, 개인통신, 위성통신 및 IMT-2000과 같은 무선통신 시스템의 안테나 다음단의 고주파 회로에 사용되어, 원하는 주파수의 신호를 통과시키고 원하지 않는 주파수의 신호를 제거하는 필터에 관한 것이다. 최근 통신 시스템 단말기의 소형화 추세에 따라 고주파 필터의 소형화도 더욱 요구되고 있으며, 주파수 효율을 향상시키기 위하여 송신과 수신 주파수를 근접하여 사용함에 따라 저지대역에서 우수한 감쇠특성의 고주파 필터가 요구되고 있다. 본 발명에서는 폐루프 공진기를 이용한 고주파 필터를 구현함에 있어서, 폐루프 공진기를 종래의 스트립 선로 또는 마이크로 스트립 선로로 구현하지 않고 유전체 블록을 이용하여 홈과 구멍으로 폐루프 공진기를 형성하여 고주파 필터를 구현함으로써, 고주파 필터의 삽입 손실 특성이 종래의 마이크로 스트립 또는 스트립 선로로 구현한 폐루프 공진기의 삽입 손실 특성에 비해 크게 개선되었으며, 또한 소형화를 이룩하였다.

PURPOSE: A magnetic ceramic composite for a microwave element, a magnetic ceramic for a microwave element using the same and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture a ceramic in an economic manner by reducing a sintering temperature to 1250 °C, or below and actually apply to a microwave substitute component by reducing a temperature coefficient of a saturated magnetization. CONSTITUTION: A compound of yttrium and iron oxide is a principle component. An accessory component is selected from the group consisting of zinc oxide, a compound of zinc oxide and boron oxide, and a compound of oxidized copper and boron oxide. A ceramic composite is manufactured by using the principle component and the accessory component. Yrritum and iron oxide are mixed and calcined. One among zinc oxide, a compound of zinc oxide and boron oxide, and a compound of oxidized copper and boron oxide is added to the mixture as an accessory component. A magnetic ceramic is manufactured by shape forming and sintering the mixture which is added with the accessory component.

PURPOSE: A method of fabricating a plane waveguide type grating optical filter is provided which patterns the plane waveguide and forms a plane waveguide pattern for forming the grating optical fiber, simultaneously, to simplify the fabrication process and forms the plane waveguide and the grating optical filter on the same substrate to highly integrate an optical integrated circuit. CONSTITUTION: A lower clad layer and a core layer are sequentially deposited on a substrate. The core layer is patterned to form a plane waveguide and, simultaneously, a plane waveguide pattern for forming a grating optical filter(9) is formed at a predetermined portion of the plane waveguide. An upper clad layer(8) is coated to cover the overall surface of the plane waveguide and the plane waveguide pattern to form the grating optical filter constructed in a manner that the multiple plane waveguide patterns and the upper clad layer are alternately arranged.
