    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for generating a 3D virtual Belgian road is provided to improve the accuracy of predicting the result of a parts test and driving performance test at an early development stage. CONSTITUTION: High and low information points of a virtual road are generated by the input of an actual Belgian road property and a number of irregular number(S101~S103). The high and low information points of a virtual road are regenerated by the input of data which determines the hexahedron shape of the actual Belgian road block and inter-block interval data(S104~S106). A 3D virtual block Belgian road is created by interconnecting the regenerated high and low information points(S107, S108).
