본 발명에 의하면, 커먼레일 인젝터의 입,출구 오리피스의 단면적을 전자석에 의해 가변적으로 변경하여 최적의 연료분사율에 따른 오리피스 단면적을 쉽게 구할 수 있도록 함으로써 엔진개발기간 및 비용을 크게 절감시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A universal common rail is provided to shorten the die development period of the engine by extending or decreasing the rail with adjusting the combination number of universal rails according to the number of cylinders of the engine in developing the new engine. CONSTITUTION: A universal common rail(100) is composed of a main rail(10) having a rail pressure sensor(11), a pressure limit(13) and a fuel outlet; a universal rail(20) in which plural rails with fuel outlets(23) for feeding fuel are selectively combined with the main rail; a connection joint(30) connecting the universal rails; and a cap(40) closing the ends of the universal rails. A thread part is protruded in the end of the main rail, and the universal rail is installed in the thread part. Thread parts are formed at both sides of the universal rail and thread-connected by the connection joint.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A delivery valve of an injection pump used in a diesel engine is provided to prevent the output of the injection pump from being lowered by constantly maintaining residual pressure of fuel. CONSTITUTION: A delivery valve assembly comprises a delivery valve guide(10), a delivery valve(20), a delivery spring(40), and a relief valve(30). The delivery valve guide(10) is adjacent to an upper portion of a plunger barrel and has a cylindrical shape. The valve guide is formed with an opening(12) and an insertion hole(14). The delivery valve(20) moves up and down according to the variation of fuel pressure. The delivery valve(20) is formed at an upper portion thereof with an inner hole(26) into which a spring(40) is inserted. The relief valve(30) is installed at below the delivery valve(20). The relief valve(30) includes a steel ball(30), a separation preventing section(34) and a compression spring(32) disposed between the steel ball(30) and the separation preventing section(34).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fuel injection nozzle having double injection angles for diesel engine is provided to uniformly perform a fuel spray to reduce a hydrocarbon generating amount by varying an injection angle according to a fuel pressure using a spring tension. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle holder(50) includes a fuel pathway(50a) introduced by a high pressure fuel and a plurality of injection holes(51) formed to inject the fuel. A needle valve(55) is provided on the fuel pathway of the nozzle holder and is moved toward the upper side when the fuel pressure is above a predetermined level to open the fuel pathway. A plurality of injection hole needles(50) and injection hole springs(65) are installed in the injection holes of the nozzle holder and opened to inject the fuel at different injection angles depending on the compressed fuel pressure. The injection hole needles is provided at the entry of the injection holes, having a sloped flange typed head exposed outwardly to the injection holes so that the fuel pressure acts on, and an inserting portion having relatively a smaller outer diameter than one of the injection hole. The injection hole springs is fixed to the needles on one end and to inner side of the injection holes on the other end so that an elastic force is exerted in the open and close direction.
