The diameter of the wheel part is varied. The seat is mounted to the seat-mounting part.

The lower step plate is movably supported via a connecting member(12). The rear end of the step plate is connected with a belt(6a) extending from the belt pulley. The lower step plate rotates by the driving of the motor and folds and unfolds toward the bottom face of the upper step plate.

The dial cover has a front surface formed with a plurality of holes(2b) with a predetermined interval for air flow and a rear surface formed with a holding terminal(2c) for mounting the propeller, and the central shaft is inserted in the center. The propeller has blade parts formed with holes(4b) corresponding to the dial cover. The propeller is inserted into the central shaft in the center and mounted to the rear part of the dial cover with a plurality of ring cages(6). The air vent nozzle is in the ring shape of a predetermined width for inducing the air flow, and concentrically disposed behind the dial cover and the propeller. The air vent nozzle is controllable in every direction by ball sliding contact structure. The central shaft penetrates the dial cover, the propeller, and the air vent nozzle in sequence and is supported by the air vent nozzle by a plurality of hinge type cylindrical elements. The case receives the air vent nozzle and has a plurality of balls(14) for controlling the angle of the air vent nozzle.
