    Abstract: PURPOSE: Structure of a hinge of a trunk body for a vehicle is provided to reduce the noise of a hinge even during a travel and to improve the commercial value and convenience of a trunk body by firmly combining a trunk board with a side support via a fixing ledge of a fixing portion. CONSTITUTION: Side supports(30) are installed at both ends of a floor of a trunk room. A hinge pin(21) of a trunk board(20) is installed in a fixing portion(31) of the side support. An elastic member(22) is installed to surround the outer surface of the hinge pin. A fixing ledge(32) for preventing the displacement of the hinge pin is formed in the fixing portion.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A clip for fixing a dash isolation pad of a vehicle is provided to simplify parts to one and to reduce working processes and cost. CONSTITUTION: A clip for fixing a dash isolation pad of a vehicle has a fixed apparatus consisting of a fixed protrusion(4) and a fixed hole(5) formed in the lower face and the upper face of the inner side of a fixed flap(2). Grooves(21)(22) to be able to be unfolded and be bent horizontally are formed in each edge and the center of both vertical walls of the fixed flap. A point protrusion(23) is formed in the lower part of both vertical walls. After the clip is inserted in holes(6)(7), formed in opposite position of a dash panel(20) and an isolation pad, from a room to an engine room side, the fixed flap is pushed in the engine room side. The groove formed in each edge of the fixed flap is unfolded and the groove formed in the vertical wall is bent. The fixed hole is inserted in the fixed protrusion and the fixed flap is bent with the dash panel horizontally. The isolation pad is fixed in the dash panel strongly. The point protrusion formed in the lower part of both vertical walls of the fixed flap is contacted in the dash panel, and rotation of the clip is prevented. The parts are simplified and working processes are reduced. The cost is reduced and productivity is improved. Even though vibration is applied to the clip after fixing, the division is not made up.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for fixing an auxiliary mat of a vehicle is provided to keep an auxiliary mat in the right position by firmly fixing the mat via a fixing pin, to avoid the damage on the mat, and to offer convenience to an occupant. CONSTITUTION: A support plate(1) has a hollow round fixing protrusion(2) on the upper face and threaded portions(3,3') on the inner and outer faces. Protrusions(4) are formed around the hollow round fixing protrusion. A fixed plate(5) is connected with the threaded portion on the outer face of the hollow round fixing protrusion. A protrusion(6) is formed on the lower face of the fixed plate. A fixing pin(7) is connected to the threaded portion on the inner face of the hollow round fixing protrusion. A press plate(8) is formed on the upper end of the fixing pin. A handle(9) is foldably installed on the press plate. Upon connecting the fixed plate to the threaded portion on the outer face of the hollow round fixing protrusion, the support plate is firmly fixed on a carpet(26). Then, the protrusions of the support plate and the fixed plate are fitted to the carpet. Therefore, the support plate and the fixed plate are installed firmly. An auxiliary mat(27) is installed conveniently by using the handle.
