Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device having an anode terminal structure for reducing the manufacturing cost, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In a vacuum container composed between a pair of facing plates 1, 11, electrons are radiated from an electron source formed on one plate 1 to an image forming member formed on the other plate 11 to form an image. An airtight lead-in terminal 101 connecting the image forming member on the other plate 11 is arranged through a terminal lead-in hole 103 formed on one plate 1, and the airtight lead-in terminal 101 is held and fixed so as not to project from the outer surface of one plate 1. A terminal holding member 102 for holding and fixing the airtight lead-in terminal 101 on one plate 1 is fixed by an adhesive sealing means 200, so as not to project from the outer surface of the plate 1.

A pedestal 104 is fixed beforehand on the introduction terminal 101 comprising conductive material for arranging an interval adjustment mechanism. An elastic body 105, comprising heat-resistant material, has a cantilever structure formed by giving beforehand etching or the like to a thin plate material. A head member 106 is formed by integrating magnetic material into the inside of a hemispheric structure comprising conductive material and thereafter joining it. A spacer 107, comprising conductive material, is pinched between the elastic body 105 and the pedestal 104 and then fixed.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the electrical connection, and to reduce the number of projection structures of an output part, and to lower the influence to the atmosphere inside of a container by providing a recessed part in an outer wall of a device container, and providing this recessed part with a drawing electrode to be electrically connected to an image forming member. SOLUTION: A ring-like hollow member 101 is fixed between a through hole 102, which is formed in a rear plate 1, and a face plate 11 having an image forming member 12 by backing the frit glass so as to form a recessed part. A high-voltage connecting terminal 16 to be used for applying voltage to the image forming member 12 is connected to an output wiring 100, which is arranged at an opening part of the hollow member 101 so as to be led from inside of a vacuum container to the atmosphere when viewed from the rear plate 1 side at the time of positioning the face plate 11 and the rear plate 1. After forming a vacuum container in the atmosphere, the high-voltage connecting terminal 16 is electrically connected to the output wiring 100 of the image forming member 12 arranged on the face plate 11.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of an image formation device so that a rear plate and a face plate are oppositely arranged by a spacer, to arrange the spacer with high precision and to increase productivity without damaging the spacer by cutting the spacer after it is raised. SOLUTION: A X, Y, Z axis positioning means 203 positions a spacer fixing location in a X, Y plane as desired by chucking a spacer material 201 supplied from a take-up reel. Thereafter, the spacer material 201 is fixed on a wiring 103 of a rear plate 102 by an adhesive member 206 where desired pressure is produced by shifting a Z axis. At this time, the adhesive member 206 using a conductive material is electrically connected to the spacer 201 and then cut by a cutting blade 204 at a desired cutting position. This operation is carried out at several positions while moving by a traveling means, and the given number of the spacers are arranged. Thereafter, a support frame, a face plate and a rear plate are united together and are air-tightly sealed to construct an image formation device.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of the damages of the device and the operator due to impact from the outside by detecting the degree of impact and controlling the output of the high voltage power supply for the electronic elements in accordance with the degree of the impact. SOLUTION: When a storing external impact is applied to the device, the signal detected by an acceleration sensor 104 differs from a reference signal. If a comparator judges that the difference adversely affects the device, a signal is generated and outputted by a power supply OFF signal generator so as to stop the output of a high voltage power supply 105. Thus, the output of the power supply 105 is automatically stopped when the external impact, which causes an adverse effect to the device, is applied to the device. Therefore, the danger of high voltage leakage caused by the toppling over of the device is avoided.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To perform stable tracking to a data bit sequence by providing a detection circuit for detecting a signal corresponding to position deviation of a probe to a data sequence and a multiplication circuit for multiplying this detected signal to a driving signal. CONSTITUTION: The regenerating signal of the data sequence outputted from a band pass filter 403 is made into an absolute value by an absolute value circuit 404, the regenerating signal frequency of the data sequence is removed by a low-pass filter(LPF) 406, and the envelope signal of the amplitude of the data sequence regenerative signal is obtained. This signal is inputted to a lock-in amplifier 407 and phase detection is performed based on a reference phase signal outputted from a wobbling frequency oscillator 409 so that the amplitude of the same frequency component as an number (f) of vibrations of the probe can be extracted from this envelope signal. This amplitude becomes a position deviation detect signal. That output is amplified by a signal amplifier circuit 408, smoothed later by an LPF 410 and inputted to a scan circuit 431 as a signal for correcting the deviation between the probe and the data sequence.

The shape (e.g. notch) of a connector part of the I/O display 2 is changed in accordance with the sort of the display and the shape is used as an attribute indicating part. The main unit 1 judges the existence of a notch e.g. by detecting whether a projection on a connector part of the unit 1 is elastically deformed or not and sends the detected result to a discrimination circuit to discriminate the sort of the display.

CONSTITUTION:A normal voltage is supplied to an elastic body 204 and an electrode 203 from a bias voltage circuit 117 through a cantilever 201 and an electrical conductivity probe 202. When wobbling of a recording medium surface is generated by a rotation, the displacement in the Z direction is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the body 204 placed between the probe 202 and the electrode 203. Moreover, since a cantilever type brush is used, the displacement in the Z direction is absorbed by the deflection of the cantilever, a stable bias is supplied and no swarf is generated even though there exists a friction, because the body 204 is placed between the probe 202 and the electrode 203.

CONSTITUTION:A specimen and a regenerating unit 3 are installed on an X-Y stage 10. When the foremost part of a probe 2 is degraded during observation, it is interrupted, and the preprocessing part 15 of the regenerating unit 3 is moved to under the probe 2 using the X-Y stage 10 so that it approaches until current flows between the foremost part of the probe 2 and the preprocessing part 15, and then attachment, etc., is removed by allowing the probe 2 to make X-Y scanning. Upon separating the probe 2 from the regenerating unit 3, the X-Y stage 10 is further moved so that the center of the molding part 14 comes under the probe 2. Upon approaching until a current flows between the foremost part of the probe 2 and the molding part 14, the probe 2 is intruded into the molding part 14 by the use of a laminate piezo element etc., and the foremost part of the probe 2 is embodied into the shape of the bottom of the molding part 14.
