Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep vibration damping effect stably for a long period of time by connecting an inertia body for vibration damping to a fixture through a coiled connector with C-shaped connecting parts, and fixing the fixture to the closed case or non-rotating part of a rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an electric motor 3, compression element 4, piston 6, cylinder 7, etc., are housed in a closed case 2. In this case, a dynamic vibration reducer 14 for damping the vibration of the rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an inertia body 15 and a fixture 17 are connected to each other through a coiled connector 16 with multiple tightening fixing parts 18 and 19. Also, the tightening fixing parts 18 and 19 made in C-shape member tighten the outer periphery of the connector 16 to fix the connector 16 to respective core bars 17a of the inertia body 15 and the fixture 17. The fixture 17 is fixed to a non-rotating part among the closed case 2 or electric compressor element 3 or 4. By this, the lowering of vibration damping effect can be prevented and fatigue, etc., due to vibration can also be prevented.

CONSTITUTION:A rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an electric motor 3, compression element 4, piston 6, cylinder 7, etc., are housed in a closed case 2. In this case, a dynamic vibration reducer 14 for damping the vibration of the rotary compressor 1 is so constructed that an inertia body 15 and a fixture 17 are connected to each other through a coiled connector 16 with multiple tightening fixing parts 18 and 19. The fixture 17 is fixed to a non-rotating part among the closed case 2 or electric compressor element 3 or 4. By this, the lowering of vibration damping effect due to variation in rotational frequency, variation in manufacturing, etc., can be prevented, and fatigue due to vibration and the damage of the dynamic vibration reducer 14 due to shock can be also prevented.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To keep off any drop in a vibration damping effect by notching a thread ridge end at the connecting side of a screw part formed in a compression element part or an inertial body on an axial section. CONSTITUTION:Reaction torque is fed to a closed case 2 via a screw 17 clamped to a spring 16 of a dynamic vibration reducer 14 and this closed case 2, and thereby vibration in the closed case is damped. The spring 16 is formed in a coil form closely stuck, whereby a surface in contact with the spring 16 each is rubbed by vibrations so that a damping effect is securable, thus natural frequency in the dynamic vibration reducer 14 is widened in terms of its peak width. In addition, thread ridge ends 17a, 18a of the screws 17, 18 are notched on an axial section passing through a shaft of a thread part, whereby positioning of a clamp end of the spring 16 is carried out so that stabilization for a spring constant is thus promoted.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To aim at stably supporting a rotary compressor in a vibration suppressing condition by inserting a coolant pipe for the rotary compressor in the inner edge part of a vibration suppressing support member, by inserting the outer edge part of the vibration supporting member into the holding part of a support fixture, and by connecting the inner and outer edge parts of the vibration suppressing support member through the intermediary of ribs. CONSTITUTION:A vibration suppressing support member 10 made of resilient materials has cylindrical inner and outer edge parts 10a, 10b which are connected to each other through the intermediary of ribs 10c which are reversed alternately so that their rib corner points 10d confront each other. Meanwhile a support fixture 11 integrally incorporated with a cylindrical holding part 11a is fastened to a support plate 12 by means of screws 13. A coolant pie 4 for a rotary compressor 1, which is arranged along the center axis 5 and which also serves as a support leg, is inserted in the inner edge part 10a of the vibration suppressing support member 10. Further, the outer edge part 10b of the vibration suppressing support member 10 is inserted in the holding part 11a of the support fixture 11. With this arrangement, the rotary compressor 1 is stably supported in a vibration suppressing condition, thereby it is possible to reduce noise which is otherwise generated by transmission of vibration from the rotary compressor 1 to a refrigerator body.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate stable oscillation prevention support by connecting the inner edge part of an oscillation prevention support member made from a resilient material to the outer edge part by means of plural kind of ribs of specified form, inserting a support leg of rotary compressor in the inner edge part, and inserting the outer edge part in the retaining part of support fittings. CONSTITUTION:At an oscillation support member 10, cylindrical inner and outer edge parts 10a, 10b are formed from resilient material. The parts are connected with a plurality of ribs 10c set such that the inclination directions are alternately in reverse relations with respect to the radial directions. Support fittings 11 are formed with a cylindrical retaining part 11a and fastened to a support plate 12 by means of a screw 13. In a rotary compressor 1, a coolant piping 4 serving as right and left support legs provided on an axial core 5 is inserted into the inner edge part 10a of oscillation prevention support member 10 while the outer edge part 10b thereof into the retaining part 11a, and thereby the support is fixed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a cooling device, which will never generate vibration and noise, by a method wherein the cooling device is constituted of a pair of electrodes, in which a fluid pump is arranged in a refrigerant pipeline, a D.C. power source, connected to the pair of electrodes, and a superconductive coil, rotatable around the refrigerant pipeline. CONSTITUTION:Electrodes 12, 13 are connected to a D.C. power source 14 and refrigerant of a fluid pump 9 in a refrigerant pipeline 8a is ionized by the positive and negative electrodes 12, 13 whereby an electric current is conducted from the electrode 12 to the electrode 13. The current is generated between the electrodes 12, 13 in the refrigerant pipeline 8a and strong magnetic field is generated by superconductive coils 10, 11, whereby the flow of refrigerant is generated by Lorentz force. The superconductive coils 10, 11 are rotated around the outer periphery of the refrigerant pipeline 8a to change the positions of the electrodes 12, 13, whereby an angle between the direction of the current and the direction of the strong magnetic field is changed, the Lorentz force is changed and the flow speed of the refrigerant in the pipeline is changed, therefore, a capacity is changed. On the other hand, the superconductive coil is turned more than 180 deg. whereby the direction of the magnetic field is reversed. Accordingly, the Lorentz force is generated in opposite direction whereby the flow of the refrigerant is reversed.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To obtain a blasting device in which heat, mechanical vibration and noise are not generated by providing a superconductive coil and an ion generator in series. CONSTITUTION:An ion generator 15 is composed of a pair of positive and negative electrodes 16 and 17 and a DC power source 18. Air within a refrigerator main body 1 is ionized by positive and negative electrodes 16 and 17. A current flows toward the electrode 17 from the electrode 16. On the other hand, a strong magnetic flux is generated on the upper surface of a superconductive coil 14. For this reason, a Lorenz force is produced by a current flowing between electrodes 16 and 17 and a magnetic flux flowing on the inner surface of the superconductive coil, and ionized air produces a flow from the superconductive coil to the ion generator and flows to a freezing chamber side 3 and a refrigerating chamber side 4 and an air flow path of returning toward an evaporator 8 is formed. In this manner, since an air flow due to the Lorenz force is generated, heat is not generated in a motor. Therefore, the freezing efficiency is remarkably improved, and further, any mechanical vibration due to the fan, motor and the like is not generated.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent a burning of a motor even if a temperature detection circuit is omitted by providing a superconductive material on the midway of a wiring which connects power supply to a winding of the motor. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive material 11 is provided on the midway through a wiring 10 which supplies the current to a motor 1 from power supply 9 through a thermostat 7. The thermostat 7 is turned ON, and the motor 1 is driven. When a winding temperature reaches a temperature higher than a certain one by some sort of cause, the superconductive material 11 is turned into an insulation condition, and the circuit current is cut off. According to the constitution, even though a temperature detection circuit is not provided, a contactless burning prevention circuit is formed. In case of a three phase motor, the superconductive material is provided to a two-wire line.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration and noises in the device by constituting a fluid pump with a super-conductive coil arranged near a coolant piping, a pair of electrodes located in the coolant piping at a position corresponding to the super-conductive coil, and direct current electric power source connected through a switching device which reverses the direction of the electric current. CONSTITUTION:If, for example, a positive electric charge is given to an electrode 13 and negative electric charge to an electrode 14 by means of a switching device 15, the coolant in the coolant piping 9a of a fluid pump 10 is ionized in positive and negative electrodes 13 and 14 and an electric current flows from the electrodes 13 toward the electrode 14. On the other hand between super-conductive coils 11 and 12 a strong magnetic flux is generated from the super-conductive coil 11 toward the super-conductive coil 12 by means of the super- conductive coils 11 and 12. With this magnetic flux a Lorenz force develops by the electric current flowing between the electrodes 13 and 14 and the magnetic flux which flows between the super-conductive coils 11 and 12 and the ionized coolant moves to a heat exchanger 2 on the outdoor side, and a flow of the coolant to the heat exchanger 2 is generated and it circulates in a cooling device. With this arrangement a fluid pump can be formed without mechanical vibration and noises and by reversing the flow of the coolant by reversing the direction of the electric current with the switching device the cooling cycle can be made a room heating cycle.

The beam 11 supports the body 10 at its one end while is fixed to the inner face of the case 1 at the other end. An resilient member 12 is adhered to the space between the body 10 and the case 1, and to the beam 11 surface. A beam movement absorber 9 is composed of the body, the beam 11, and the resilient member 12.
