    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To high-efficiently recover various vortexes generated due to drift of a flow of air passing through an impeller and generated at a vane end and to suppress deterioration of aerodynamic performance and the increase of the generation of disturbance noise. SOLUTION: An outer wall 11 to surround the outer peripheries of two plate- form mouth rings 9 and 10 to partition the suction side and the discharge side from each other is situated on the outer peripheral side of an impeller 8. A recessed space part 13 having an opening part 12 positioned opposite to the vane of the impeller 8 is formed between the two plate-form mouth rings 9 and 10. When a flow of air passing through the impeller 8 effects drift as a result of the sectional area of a recess space part 13 being different at a whole periphery, various vortexes generated at a vane end is high-efficiently recovered by various recess space parts 13 to perform a role of an air circulation flow passage, and deterioration of aerodynamic performance and the increase of the generation of disturbance noise are suppressed.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat carrying circuit for carrying a fluid, e.g. air, into a forced air circulation cooling apparatus, e.g. a refrigerator or a freezer, while exchanging heat with refrigerant in which cooling capacity is enhanced by making uniform the air volume in the arranging direction of fins of a finned heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A bypass air duct 8 is provided between a finned heat exchanger 2 and a wall 7a while increasing the cross-sectional area gradually from the upstream side projecting part of a fan unit toward a direction parallel with a heating tube 4. Consequently, air volume distribution is made uniform in the arranging direction of fins 3 and cooling capacity can be enhanced. Furthermore, frost is formed uniformly in the arranging direction of fins 3 and the defrost operation time can be shortened.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration of aerodynamic and noise performance in a low ventilation resistance condition, and suppress aerodynamic performance in a high ventilation resistance condition to cope with action point conditions largely changed based on operation conditions in addition to equipment installation conditions in a blower of an axial flow type or the like to be mounted on equipment. SOLUTION: For a blower 13, in a low ventilation resistance condition, an air current flows blades, and a main component of the air current is an axial direction component, so it flows from the outer circumferential side 5d of a blade 5 roughly in an axial direction to be blown along an inner wall surface on the discharge side 16 of an orifice 14. In a high ventilation resistance condition, the axial direction component of the air current is reduced between blades, but a radial direction component is increased to be discharged from the blade 5, so it flows toward the discharge side 16 of the orifice 14 to pass a groove 17 provided on the discharge side 16, thereby the air current colliding with the inner wall surface on the discharge side 16 to be inhibited is reduced.

An air flow flows from the outlet end part 7b toward the suction part end part 4a of a side plate 4 and after the air flow is adhered to the suction part end part 4a once and flows in. This constitution suppresses peel of the air flow on the wall surface of the side plate 4.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To suppress pressure pulsation of a two-phase jet flow of gas and liquid jetted at a high velocity from an outlet of a capillary tube and to prevent generation of a sound of flow of a refrigerant by providing a foam metal body inside an introducing pipe connecting a pressure reducing unit with an evaporator and by bringing an outlet of the pressure reducing unit into contact with the foam metal body. CONSTITUTION: At the time of the operation of refrigerating equipment, refrigerant gas discharged from a compressor releases heat and liquefies in a condenser, and after the liquid refrigerant is subjected to pressure reduction in a capillary tube 4 being a pressure reducing unit, it flows into an evaporator 5 and cools an ambient atmosphere on the occasion when it is evaporated herein. In this case, a foam metal body 8 is held in an introducing pipe 6 connecting the capillary tube 4 with the evaporator 5 and the body is brought into contact with an outlet 4a of the capillary tube 4. By this construction, a two-phase jet flow of gas and liquid is formed and expands while the refrigerant is diffused gradually in the foam metal body 8 on the occasion when it flows out into the introducing pipe 6 from the capillary tube 4. Thereby the two-phase jet flow of gas and liquid is subdivided and decelerated and pressure pulsation is suppressed.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To suppress air flow blown off to the outer periphery from the pressure face side and inhibit the degradation of blowing performance, the separation of flow on the discharge side and the increase of blowing noise. CONSTITUTION:In a blower 1, a hub 4 is fitted to a motor 2, an impeller 3 formed of plural blades 5 is disposed around the hub 4, and the outer periphery of the blade 5 is surrounded by an orifice 6. In this case, the pressure face side 5b1 in the outer peripheral part 5b of the blade 5 is additionally provided with a protruding part 8 of approximately triangular cross section in the radial direction. The action of the protruding part 8 suppresses air flow W2 blown off to the outer periphery from the pressure face side 5b1 and prevents the air flow W2 from obstructing the air flow W1 on the negative pressure face side 5b2. The action of the protruding part 8 also restrains flow from becoming large at the outer periphery on the negative pressure face side 5b2 of an outer peripheral part 5b, not surrounded by the orifice 6, of the blade 5 and suppresses the separation of flow on the discharge side 5c.
