    Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure a rapid pressure drop in a low pressure side port which becomes the driving force for opening a high pressure valve by loosely fitting said high pressure valve which can close a high pressure side outlet port on one side while which can close a low pressure side port on the other end face, in a valve cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When starting, a crankshaft 54 is rotated by electrifying a motor-driven element 52, causing pressure drop in the low pressure chamber 61 of a compression chamber 60. A cylindrical high pressure valve 77 which can close a high pressure side outlet port 74 on one end side while which can close a low pressure side port 76 on the other end face, is loosely fitted in a valve cylinder 75. And, even through the clearance between the valve 77 and the valve cylinder 75 is relatively rough, since the clearance is sealed by oil, the pressure drop can be securely carried out in a short time. This pressure drop naturally causes pressure drops in a pressure introducing passage 79, the low pressure side port 76, and the valve cylinder 75. And, pressure difference between the pressure in the high pressure side inlet port 72, i.e., in an enclosed container 51 and the pressure in the valve cylinder 75, acts on the high pressure valve 77, enabling secure and rapid valve opening operation and, further, improving machining and assembling accuracy.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve oil separating performance and reduce the generation of noise by providing a radial gas passage for discharging a discharge gas, an oil separating chamber, an oil drip hole, and a discharge pipe in between a baffle provided on the outer wall of a compression mechanism and said compression mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A baffle 22 is provided on the outer wall of a compression mechanism 4, and a radial gas passage 21b for discharging a discharge gas, an oil separating chamber 23 for separating oil from the discharge gas, and a discharge pipe 25 for discharging the discharge gas to the outside of an enclosed case 1 are provided in between the baffle 22 and the compression mechanism 4. By this structure, a gas in which oil is mixes is compressed by the compression mechanism part 4, radially flows through the radial gas passage 21b, and is discharged into the oil separating chamber 23. The gas collides against the inner wall of an outer wall plate 22a, to separate oil, which falls along the inner wall and drips downward from an oil drip hole 22b. Thereby, the separation of oil is sufficiently carried out, improving cooling efficiency. Also, since the oil separating chamber 23 serves as a muffler, noise can be reduced.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To prevent suction gas from being heated on high temperature gas within a closed casing and improve the energy efficiency of a compressor by connecting a suction tube fixed to said casing to the suction hole of the compressor with a flexible tube. CONSTITUTION:A suction tube 59 is fixed to the exterior of a enclosed casing 51. One end of a coil spring or a flexible tube 59 is fixed to a suction hole formed on the cylinder head 57 of a compressor arranged in said enclosed casing 51. And the other end of the coil spring or the flexible tube 59 is freely located within the suction tube 59 so that suction gas is sucked into the compressor without being heated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the volume efficiency of a compressor by restraining the temperature rise of a suction coolant through the cooling of a cylinder and a cylinder head with oil introduced to the outside thereof. CONSTITUTION:The suction hole 56a of a cylinder head 57 is connected with a connection pipe 60 from a suction muffler 59. An approximately V-shaped notch 57b with the lower end thereof near the connection of said connection pipe 60 is formed on the cylinder head 57. And an oil conduit 54 is so formed on the upper surface of a cylinder 54 as to be continuous to the notch 57b and the cylinder 54 and the cylinder head 57 are cooled by oil running through said connection pipe 60 and conduit 54a.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To greatly reduce manhour for the manufacture of a motor by providing a sleeve which is bonded electrically conductively to the end of a draw-out wire which is jointlessly drawn out from a winding which is wound on a stater, and a terminal bonded to said sleeve. CONSTITUTION:A draw-out wire which is drawn jointlessly in an integrated form out of a winding 22 which is wound on a stater 20, is covered with an insulating tube 26, the end part 26a of which is held and fixedly supported in between a main winding and a subsidiary winding in the winding 22. On the end part of the draw-out wire 23, a sleeve 25 is brought into pressure contact with the wire and electrically conductively caulked. And, the legs 24b, 24c of a terminal 24 are coveringly caulked to the sleeve 25. Thereby, the operation of joining lead wires or insulating a connecting parts and inserting the parts in between main and subsidiary windings as in the conventional case, become unnecessary, greatly reducing the manhour for the manufacture of a motor and enabling mass production.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture of an enclosed rotary compressor having high quality by forming a flange section abutting on the inside of an enclosed steel plate shell on the outercircumference of a steel plate muffler cover to be tightened through bolts to the compressing mechanism then securing through welding at that portion. CONSTITUTION:A muffler cover 3 constructing a muffler chamber is fixed through bolts 4 to the cylinder 2 of a compressing mechanism. A flange section 3b contacting against the inside of an enclosed shell (a) is formed on the outercircumference of said muffler cover 3 then said portion is secured through welding to support the compression mechanism onto the enclosed shell (a). Since the muffler cover 3 and the enclosed shell (a) are formed with a steel plate, securing through welding is facilitated while thermal distortion of the cylinder 2 due to welding can be prevented.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To improve the refrigerant sealing performance of an enclosed compressor to be set laterally/longitudinally by making a lubrication hole communicatable with the sliding section of a rolling piston or an eccentric shaft through the side housing and providing a lubrication pipe communicatable with said lubrication hole while extending to the corner section of enclosed shell. CONSTITUTION:The compressor body is contained in an enclosed shell 8 where the side house 56 is formed with an inclined oil hole 57 communicatable with the sliding section of a rolling piston 3 and an eccentric shaft 1. It is constructed such that the lubrication port 59 of a lubrication pipe 58 having the leading edge immersed in a lubricant 9 in the enclosed shell 8 while being fit to said inclined oil hole 57 will be positioned at the corner section in the enclosed shell 8. With such arrangement, the lubrication port 59 of the lubrication pipe 58 is immersed in the lubricant irrespectively whether the entire enclosed compressor is set laterally or longitudinally resulting in reliable lubrication.

In addition, an oil capillary 15 for feeding a small amount of oil to the element 12 and the oil pump 14 have forward ends submerged in refrigerator oil 16 accumulated in the shell 10. furthermore, the cylinder 18 of the element 12 is positioned above the level of the oil 16 accumulated on a bottom section in the shell 10. According to this construction, a vibration transmitted from the cylinder 18 to the shell 10 via the oil 16 can be interrupted.

Since the delivery piping 28 is brought into contact with the small part 32, the middle part 31, and the large part 30 of the taper as brake is applied, concentration of a stress is prevented from occurring.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To provide an enclosed type compressor having high reliability, wherein energy efficiency (EER) is high, having an energy-saving type, having low noise, having soft living environment, and having large construction strength. CONSTITUTION:An enclosed type compressor is provided with a connecting pipe 40 which is constituted integratedly with an intake muffler 39, and a heat shield tube 41 whose one end is connected to the connecting pipe 40, the other end is opposed adjacent to the intake hole 31 of a valve plate 35. The intake chamber 36 of a cylinder head 38 is formed so as to enclose the circumference of the outlet hole 43 of a heat shield tube 41, and the inner capacity of the intake chamber 36 is increased more than the inner capacity of the heat shield tube 41. Structure strength is large since the heat shield tube 41 is inserted in the cylinder head 38.
