Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the extent of pressure pulsation by branching off a refrigerant conducted to a discharge muffler from an interconnecting pipe, to a refrigerant passage to be formed by an inner groove and a muffler ring formed in an inner wall of this discharge muffler, and then rejoining these branched refrigerants together and discharging it to the discharge muffler. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant drawn in is compressed by a piston 25 reciprocating in the inner part of a cylinder 24. At this time, since compression and suction are repeated in this cylinder 24, this discharge refrigerant has the pressure pulsation conformed to rotational frequency of a motor element driving a compressive element. The refrigerant with this pressure pulsation is conducted to a refrigerant from a discharge chamber 31 by way of an interconnecting pipe 32. Incidentally, this refrigerant coming out of a discharge port 38 of the pipe 32 is branched off at the refrigerant passage 37 consisting of the inner groove 35 or the like formed in an inner wall 34 of a discharge muffler 33. In brief, the refrigerant's pressure pulsation is decreased by flow passage resistance out of the refrigerant passage 37, while same pulsations are joined together at a discharge port 39 of a muffler ring 34, thereby countervailing each other, and then the eased pulsation is released to an interspace of the discharge muffler 33.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To attempt the orientation to the lowness of noise by providing a valve plate having a suction hole, a cap communicating with the suction hole and with small space formed, a suction tube secured to a closed case, a gas communication material and a resonance muffler opened to the small space. CONSTITUTION:When an electric motor element 3 is started to be driven, a compressor element 4 starts compression with compressed gas delivered from a compressor 1 and returned to a suction tube 12 from a refrigerating cycle. The gas, with no opening in a closed case 2 by a gas communication material 13 further with heat insulated, is sucked to pass through a through hole 10 of a cylinder head and a suction hole 8 of a valve plate 9, and the gas of large density is guided in a cylinder 6. A part of gas compressed again generates a reverse flow in the direction of the hole 8 and becomes blow back gas, and is absorbed by a resonance muffler 15, when it reaches small space 18 of a cap 17, therefore a gas pulsation is damped before the gas communication material 13 with no generation abnormal noise in the refrigerating cycle.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the rapid valve opening action of a high pressure valve and improve assembling property and safety by providing a top-like high pressure valve which can close a high pressure side inlet port and a high pressure side outlet port simultaneously on one side while which can close a low pressure side port on the other side. CONSTITUTION:By electrifying a motor-driven element 52, a crankshaft 54 is rotated, causing a pressure drop in the low pressure chamber 61 of a compression chamber 60. A top-like high pressure valve 77 which can close a high pressure side inlet port 72 and a high pressure side outlet port 74 simultaneously on one side while which can close a low pressure port 76 on the other end face, is provided in a valve cylinder 75. And, even though the clearance between the valve 77 and the valve cylinder 75 is relatively rough, since the high pressure side inlet port 72 is closed, the pressure drop can be securely carried out in a short time. As a result, the pressure difference between pressure in an enclosed container 51 and pressure in the valve cylinder 75, acts on the top-like high pressure valve 77, enabling secure and rapid valve opening action of the valve 77. And, the good assembling property an safety of the top-like valve 77 can improve productivity.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure a rapid pressure drop on a low pressure side port which becomes a driving force for opening a high pressure valve by providing a cylindric a high pressure valve which can close both of high pressure side outlet and inlet ports simultaneously on one end face while which can close a low pressure side port on the other end face. CONSTITUTION:A high pressure side inlet port 72 is always connected into an enclosed container 51, a high pressure side outlet port 74 is always connected to a discharge pipe 73, and a low pressure side port 76 is directly connected to the low pressure chamber 61 of a compression chamber 60 by means of a pressure introducing passage 79. And, a cylindrical high pressure valve 77 can simultaneously close the high pressure side inlet port 72 and the high pressure side outlet port 74 on one end face, while it can close the low pressure side port 76 on the other end face. Thereby, the pressure drop of the low pressure side port 76 which becomes the driving force for opening the high pressure valve 77, can be carried out securely and in a very short time. Accordingly, it is possible not only to obtain a stable valve opening operation but also to improve machining accuracy and assembling property, improving productivity.

SOLUTION: A dam 15 connected to a rib 12 to be extended to an upper part plane 10 is formed in both ends of the rib 12, a hollow-shaped groove 18 extended downward from the upper part plane 10 is formed in a leg 11, so that flowing down of oil accumulated in the upper part plane 10 in a suction muffler 14 can be prevented from being transmitted in a surface of the suction muffler 14 to flow down, and flowing down directly in a bottom part of a hermetic vessel can be prevented.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen rubbing vibration occurring between a boss of an electric compression element and a coil spring of a hermetic compressor through an inexpensive method and to maintain an electric compression element horizontally even if a coil spring of identical specifications is used on the piston side and the anti-piston side. SOLUTION: This is to lessen rubbing vibration occurring between a boss 10 and a coil spring 5 by means of an inexpensive method by applying a friction reducing coating 11 such as a molybdenum disulfide on the boss 10 or the coil spring 5. An electric compression element can be maintained horizontally even if the coil springs 5 on a piston 2 side and an anti-piston side 2 are of an identical specifications by forming a press-formed step 12 on a support.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To effectively restrain flow change of compressed refrigerant gas by introducing discharge gas from a compression element stored in a closed container fixed with a discharge pipe to the discharge pipe by a discharge line, and by providing a restricted part on the discharge pipe. CONSTITUTION:A compression mechanism 1 stored in a closed container 2 compresses refrigerant gas by reciprocal motion of a piston 6 in a cylinder 5 by a crank shaft 8 rotated by an electric motor 3 and discharges it through a discharge muffler, a discharge line 13 and a discharge pipe 14 fastened on the closed container 2 outside. In this case, inside diameter set smaller than the inside diameter of the discharge line 13 is set by providing a restricted part 14a on a part outside of the closed container 2 in the circumferential direction of the discharge pipe 14. Consequently, change of flow (pulsation) of compressed gas can be damped without preventing enlargement of the size of a compressor and its startability.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To reduce the leakage of refrigerant through weak fastening force by providing a cylinder with a suction lead and a contacting part between a gasket and a head attached through a discharge lead and the gasket with a closed loop projecting part. CONSTITUTION:In a closed electric compressor, a head 6 is fastened to a cylinder 1 by a bolt 7 through a suction lead 2, a plate 3 attached to the side opposite to the cylinder of the suction lead 2, a discharge lead 4 and a gasket 5. In this case, a head 10 is provided with a closed loop-shaped projecting part 11, by which the suction plenum 10a and discharge plenum 10b of the head 10 are severally covered. Thus even when the bolt 7 is fastened by weak force, the projecting part 11 of the head 10 eats into the gasket 5 to reduce the leakage of refrigerant between the head 10 and the gasket 5.

CONSTITUTION:When starting, a crankshaft 54 is rotated by electrifying a motor-driven element 52, causing a pressure drop in the low pressure chamber 61 of a compression chamber 60. A disk type high pressure valve 77 can close a high pressure side inlet port 72 and a high pressure side outlet port 74 simultaneously on one side while it can close a low pressure side port 72 on the other side. And, even though the clearance between the valve 77 and a valve cylinder 75 is relatively rough, since the high pressure side inlet port 72 is closed, the pressure drop can be securely carried out in a very short time. This pressure drop naturally causes pressure drops in a pressure introducing passage 79, the low pressure side port 76, and the valve cylinder 75. And, a pressure difference between pressure in the high pressure side inlet port 72, i.e., an enclosed container 51 and pressure in the valve cylinder 75, acts on the high pressure valve 77, enabling a secure and rapid valve opening operation.
