CONSTITUTION:An arm 7 of a handling means 6 is engaged with a screw 15 having a male screw 16 of a reverse pitch in both ends, and provided with an abutting piece 13 for overhanging and abutting onto an inner wall of a bottom rim part 4 of a cup 1, through a spring 11. By a rotation of the screw 15, each abutting piece 13 can support surely the cup against a deformation and a variance of the cup 1 by energizing force of the spring 11.

CONSTITUTION:This device is equipped with a spray nozzle 1 for feeding hot water positioned at the upper part of the upper edge 2a of a cup 2, pressurized hot water feeding device 16 connected with the spray nozzle 1 for feeding hot water, which feeds pressurized hot water, and nozzle 4 for feeding hot water positioned at the upper part of the upper edge 2a of the cup 2. And also, the device is equipped with a nozzle 5 for feeding water positioned at the upper part of the upper edge 2a of the cup 2, and an ice feeding device 15 positioned at the upper part of the upper edge 2a of the cup 2. And also, the device is equipped with a controller 17 which controls the pressurized hot water feeding device 16 so that hot water can be fed from the spray nozzle 1 for feeding hot water to the cup 2 by a preliminarily set appropriate discharging pressure according to a selected power raw material 3, and controls a timing in which hot water, ice, and cold water is supplied to the cup 2. Thus, the selected power raw material 3 can be agitated by the pressurized hot water of the appropriate discharging pressure, at the time of providing both hot beverage and cold beverage.

Abstract: PURPOSE:To uniformly oscillate or rotate the direction of a jetted water current by providing a deflector to fix a nozzle cylinder and to change the direction of flow jetted out from a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:A cup 11 putting in powdery raw materials 10 is moved just under a nozzle cylinder 13 fixed by a cup conveying device. Hot or cold water is jetted out from the nozzle cylinder 13 and poured a driving device 18 is simultaneously operated, and a pair of deflection panels 16 and 17 are oscillated to right and left. The flow jetted out from a flat nozzle 3 hits the inside face of the deflection panel 16 or 17, changes the direction and is stirred so as to scan the raw materials 10 in the cup 11. Thus, the flow can be deflected, deflecting speed can be improved and the raw materials can be uniformly stirred.

CONSTITUTION:The nozzles 2, 3 are asymmetrically arranged about the center axis 4 of the cup 1 so that one nozzle 2 is set up on the side of the outer wall of the cup 1 and the other nozzle 3 is set up on the center side of the cup 1. Thereby, the circulating flow consisting of a powdery material and hot water in the cup 1 generates the speed vector of the outer peripheral side of the cup 1 and that of the center side due to the asymmetry of both the nozzles 2, 3 and both the vectors interfare with each other so as to be made identical, so that a strong agitation effect can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION: The hook part 73 is provided with the screw hole 75 for engaging the adjustment screw 74, the engaging hole 76 provided with a center on the same axis as the screw hole 75 is opened on the drive carriage 54 and both holes 75 and 76 are engaged by the adjacent screw 74. Also, the hook part 73 is fixed to the drive carriage 54 by the lock bolt 77 passed through a bolt hole 78. At the time of adjusting a wire pulling length, just by loosening the bolt 77 and then rotating the screw 74, the engaging position of the drive carriage 54 and the hook part 73 is freely slidably moved. Then, the bolt 78 is tightened again, the hook part 73 is fixed and the pulling length of the wire 54' connected to the hook part 73 is changed.

And moreover, an upper partition plate 27 with a blind part 27a facing the notch 26 and numerous pores 27c, and a lower partition plate 28 of a flat form are arranged under the motor 8, placing a minute clearance between the both plates.

At this time the foreign materials in the fluid flowing into the clearance-side are trapped in the recessed rings 30b, 34d of larger cross-section than that of the clearance when the flow- speed is once slowed down.
