PURPOSE:To easily transmit scramble information even when a voice mode is different by superposing the scramble information of digital data on the common free area of plural transmission formats corresponding to plural voice modes. CONSTITUTION:Scramble information SDA, SIF of digital data DADO is superposed to the common free area DTUSE of plural transmission formats FMTA, FMTB corresponding to plural voice modes. Accordingly, in a transmission side 2, the scramble information SDA, SIF can be superposed by a common processing means, and also, in a reception side 4, as well, the scramble information SDA, SIF can be obtained by a common processing produce. In such a manner, even when the voice mode is different, the scramble information SDA, SIF can be easily transmitted.
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain proper viewing listening by sending same information by plural languages and sending a menu representing the content of plural languages and outputting the information of the selected language in selecting the language based on the menu at a terminal equipment. CONSTITUTION:The signal of plural languages having the same information is sent from a sender side 100 to a terminal equipment 200 through a transmission line 171 through multiplex and a menu signal representing the content of plural languages is sent from the sender side 100 to the terminal equipment 200 through the line. When the terminal equipment 200 selects one language among the plural languages based on the menu signal, the signal of the selected language is outputted from the signals of plural languages having the same information is outputted. Thus, proper and pleasant viewing/listening is realized.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent tracking using unique information. SOLUTION: When the value of an inputted random number or pseudo random number is 0, a selector 72-1 outputs data whose value is 00, and when the value is 1, the selector 72-1 outputs data whose value is 11. When the value of the inputted random number or pseudo random number is 0, a selector 72-2 output data whose value is 01, and when the value is 1, the selector 72-2 outputs data whose value is 10. When the value of a bit of a card ID inputted to an input terminal S is 0, a selector 72-3 outputs the data inputted from the selector 72-1 from an output terminal Y, and when the value of the bit is 1, the selector 72-3 changes the value of the card ID by outputting the data inputted from the selector 72-2 from the output terminal Y. An encrypting part 65 encrypts the card ID whose value is changed, and a command processing part 61 transmits the encrypted card ID. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card which can adjust a tuning frequency. SOLUTION: In the IC card 11 a frequency adjusting circuit 13 consisting of a loop coil 4 and a tuning capacitor 15 are set. The loop coil 4 of the frequency adjusting circuit 13 is small enough to have low mutual inductance coming from the frequency adjusting circuit 13. But a magnetic card is affixed to the IC card, since magnetic flux of the frequency adjusting circuit 13 becomes large, the mutual inductance of the frequency adjusting circuit 13 also becomes large. SOLUTION: When the contract modification information such as a channel number for which a new flat contract is requested is entered and stored in an EEPROM 24 in a security module 9, a decoder 8 sends the contract modification information to a transmitting side system. This lets the transmitting side system to send a personal information to the security module 9 for which a new flat contract has been made. A contract key retrieved from the personal information based on a personal key in a first decoder 23, and a scramble key retrieved from the program information based on the contract key in a second decoder 22 will be supplied to a descrambler 21 and the given program for the flat-contracted channel will be descrambled. When prescribed operation is performed on the receiver terminal, in a second decoder 22, a scramble key in program information added to the program is decoded using the decoded contract key, and supplied to a descrambler 21 and in the descrambler 21, the program is descrambled. SOLUTION: The view history information for charging a viewer is stored in an area 41 of transmission data and periodically transmitted to a transmitting side via a telephone line or the like. If application data are produced by a user in a receiving terminal, these data are stored in an area 43, and an area 42 is turned into state of indicating presence of the application data. If the area 42 is turned into state of presence of data in the area 43 in the receiving terminal, these data are transmitted to the transmitting side regardless of a periodic timing. The security module 30 of the terminal 20 of the audience rate survey object processes audience rate survey in accordance with the operation mode designation from the broadcasting transmitter, records program information being viewed in prescribed time unit as audience rate survey and transmits viewing information Infw including audience rate survey with a modem 26 when a present time is an up-load timing or when the free capacity of a viewing information storage part 33 is less than a reference value.
