PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of conducting failure at a soldered part on which stress added to a soldered part between a terminal for coil connection connected to an end part of a coil for an immobilizer and a wiring board. SOLUTION: A coil-bobbin integrated insulator 23 is integrally constituted of a coil bobbin 24 with a coil for an immobilizer 26 mounted, a terminal for coil connection 27 connecting with an end part of the coil 26, a fixed contact 28, and a terminal for a connector 30, by resin molding. The terminal for coil connection 27, a terminal for fixed contact 29 and the terminal for connector 30 are soldered on a wiring substrate 31, respectively and is built into a body 21. Accordingly, the stress exerted on the soldered part between the terminal for coil connection 27 and the wiring substrate 31 can be alleviated to the same degree as the stress exerted on a soldered part between the terminal for fixed contact 29, the terminal for connector 30 and the wiring substrate 31. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stress generated at a junction between a connector terminal and a substrate when a case holding the substrate is deformed. SOLUTION: The substrate 5 is secured by fitting substrate holding parts 35, 36 of a plastic case 3 into fixing holes of the substrate 5 in a hydraulic control device. The substrate holding part 35 is on the side of a connector holding part 33 rather than a connecting part 34. The substrate holding part 36 is on the side of a solenoid holding part 32 rather than the connecting part 34. According to this configuration, the junction 7 between the connector terminal 6 and the substrate 5 is located close to the substrate holding part 35, and the junction 7 moves integrally together with the substrate holding part 35 preventing relative displacement between the junction 7 and the substrate holding part 35 when the plastic case 3 undergoes a deformation due to a thermal load. Resistance to the movement of the junction 7 is thereby reduced at the time of the deformation of the plastic case 3, and the stress generated at the junction 7 is reduced. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Hall IC current sensor which is inexpensive and miniaturized in comparison with a high current sensor and simplifying an assembling property of a vehicle power converter. SOLUTION: The Hall IC current sensor of the vehicle power converter has a bus bar connected to a power supply and supplying power to the vehicle power converter, the Hall IC for measuring generated magnetic flux when the bus bar carries a current and outputting an electrical signal according to magnetic flux density and detecting a current carried in the bus bar, and a control board formed with a control circuit for controlling the vehicle power converter in response to an output from the hall IC. The sensor is also provided with a Hall IC holder 3 for holding the Hall IC 2 and fixed to the bus bar 1, and a through-hole 4a formed at the control board 4 and into which a lead terminal 2a of the Hall IC 2 penetrates. An in-line heating device (1,2,3,4) for a liquid food or beverage preparation machine in which liquid is circulated through the heating device and then guided into a brewing chamber. This heating device comprises: a thermoblock with a metal mass (1) that incorporates an inlet, an outlet and a heating chamber extending therebetween to form a passage for guiding said liquid circulating through said mass, the mass being arranged to accumulate heat and to supply heat to the liquid; and one or more electric components (60,70,75) that are rigidly secured onto or into the thermoblock and that are connected to a printed circuit board (4) and/or a flex-print (4') arranged to control the thermoblock. The electric components are rigidly connected to the printed circuit board and/or flex-print, in particular via rigid connector pins or blades or rigid plug and socket members.
