    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for burning waste oil of an emulsion phase and an apparatus for performing the same are provided to easily treat mixture containing wet having the emulsion phase while pressurizing COG gas. CONSTITUTION: An emulsion phase mixture(11) containing wet and impurities is collected in a reservoir(10). The first steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(20) is connected to the reservoir(10). An oil removing apparatus(25) for separating waste oil from condensing water is attached to the steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(20). The second steam-heating type water/oil separating vessel(50) is connected to a steam-heating type oil reservoir(30) which stores waste oil. An air pump(60) for conveying high pressurized oil is installed in the steam-heating type oil reservoir(30). The air pump(60) is connected to a cokes oven gas range(61) through an oil receiving nozzle formed on an air pipe of a COG gas supplying line.
