Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided which simulates molten aluminum plating using a simple equipment so as to problems of a conventional molten plating simulator, that is, difficulties in performing simulation test due to scale-up of the equipment. CONSTITUTION: The simulator for alloying molten aluminum plating comprises a cooling section(1), a preheating section(2) and an alloying section(3) which are constructed in three stages from up to down, and integrated in a cylindrical shape, wherein a cooling section sliding door(5) equipped with a cooling section sliding door transfer unit(4), an inert cooling gas input line(7) with an ejection nozzle(6), and an inert gas exit(8) are installed at the cooling section(1), a preheating section sliding door(10) equipped with a preheating section sliding door transfer unit(9), a reducing gas input line(11), a preheating furnace(12), a thermocouple(13), and a reducing gas exit(14) are installed at the preheating section(2), and an alloying section sliding door(16) equipped with an alloying section sliding door transfer unit(15), a melting furnace(17), a crucible(18), and an aluminum molten metal(19) are installed at the alloying section(3).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A low contamination high speed pickling method is provided which is capable of pickling the hot rolled steel sheet with a pickling solution containing low concentrated hydrochloric acid or low concentrated sodium chloride at a low temperature for a short period of time by passing a hot rolled steel sheet through electrochemical treatment process. CONSTITUTION: In pickling a hot rolled steel sheet onto the oxide scale of which cracking is mechanically applied, the low contamination high speed pickling method comprises the processes of charging the steel sheet into an electrolytic cell which is filled up with an HCl solution having a concentration of 0.5 to 5%; and pickling the steel sheet by applying a cathode to the electrolytic cell and impressing a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 to the steel sheet at a solution temperature ranging from the room temperature to 80 deg.C for 40 seconds or less, wherein a current density of 0.6 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 0.5%, a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 50 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 1%, a current density of 0.2 to 1.0 A/cm¬2 is impressed at a solution temperature of 30 to 80 deg.C in case that the concentration of HCl is 2 to 5%, and a mixed pickling solution in which the above HCl is mixed with NaCl having a concentration of 2 to 10% is used as a pickling solution.

CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring temperature by using a non-contact type infrared thermometer during radiant heating by an infrared heater(1), comprises the steps of stopping the radiant heating for an object(5), permitting a shutter(2) installed in front of the infrared heater, to shut off light within 0.1 second, and measuring the temperature of the object by using an infrared thermometer(3).

기계적으로 산화스케일에 균열을 가한 열연 강판을 산세하는데 있어서,
상기 강판을 0.5-5%농도의 HCl 용액 또는 2-10% 농도의 NaCl과의 혼합 산세액을 채운 전해조에 장입하는 단계; 및
상기 전해조에서 음극에 걸고 실온∼80℃의 온도에서 최대 40초동안 전류 밀도 0.2-1.0A/㎠를 걸어 산세시키는 단계;를 포함하는 저공해 고속 산세 방법이 제공된다.
상기한 바에 따르면, 저농도의 HCl용액 또는 저농도의 NaCl과의 혼합 산세액내에서 실온-80℃ 범위내의 적절한 작업 온도하에, 0.2-1.0A/㎠의 전류 밀도를 인가하는 경우 품질 특성이 우수하면서도, 산세 시간을 40초 이하의 단시간으로 단축할 수 있다.-
