Abstract:
PURPOSE: A polyolefin-group simple fiber, a manufacturing method thereof and a thermal bond non-woven fabric using the same are provided to offer high ductility and little skin irritations. The polyolefin-group simple fiber has high ductility and lowering stimulation, and the simple fiber and the non-woven fabric hold excellent property of the matters. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing the polyolefin-group simple fiber has following processes. A polymer is copolymerized to propylene 74~82 weight%, ethylene 12~18 weight%, butene 6~8 weight%. A melting material is spun at a spinning temperature of 220~270°C at a speed of 50 - 140 m / min. A stretching ratio of the emitted unstretched yarn is 1.5 - 4.0 and a preheating temperature is 50 ~ 80°C. A crimping gives crimp to the stretched filament. In a surface process, a spin finish is sprayed and fixed on the filament in which the crimp is given. A mono-filament cuts in advance the surface-treated filaments up to a fixed length after heat-setting the surface processed filament.

PURPOSE: A composite turf structure mixed with paper is provided to make natural turf function as fillers on composite turf by growing natural turf on artificial turf, and to satisfy elastic force and shock absorbing capacity of turf used for sports without using synthetic resin fillers. CONSTITUTION: A composite turf structure(100) mixed with paper contains a foundation ground(10), a coating layer(30) formed on the upper part of the foundation ground and providing shape stability, fabric bubble(50) installed on the upper part of the coating layer, artificial turf(110) paved on the fabric bubble, a topdressing layer(70) formed on the upper part of the fabric bubble and formed by mixing crushed paper to soils, and natural turf(130) growing by germinating the seeds of natural turf in the topdressing layer.

PURPOSE: A three dimensional fabric with enhanced elasticity is provided to apply to a car sheet and to prevent wrinkling of the fabric. CONSTITUTION: A three dimensional fabric with enhanced elasticity comprises: an upper plate(110) formed by sewing first weft(112) and first warp(111); a lower plate(130) formed by sewing second weft(132) and second warp(131); and a double woven structure(120) which is sewed by twisting the connection yarn. The first and second warps are formed of high elasticity. The material with elasticity contains spandex or mono TPE(thermoplastic elastomer) yarn. The connection yarn is nylon monoyarn or PET mono yarn.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a recyclable artificial turf structure and a recycling method thereof are provided to easily collect a high molecular substance by using a simple recycling process. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a recyclable artificial turf structure is as follows. Roll-type first structures(210) are consecutively supplied to the top of an air bubble layer formed by woven or non-woven fabric of polyolefin fiber. Polyolefin resin is pressed in a film shape, and the pressed polyolefin resin films are consecutively supplied to be in gear with the bottom surface of the air bubble layer. A second structure with a support layer is obtained by fusing the polyolefin resin films and pressing the polyolefin resin films using a cooling roller.

PURPOSE: High strength polypropylene staple fibers by high drawing and a method of the same, an a nonwoven material made of the fibers are provided to increase stretching degree through the addition of methyl acrylate. CONSTITUTION: Homopolyproplyene 90-99 weight% and carrier resin 1-10 weight% are mixed with each other. The carrier resin is formed by a copolymer of ethylene and methyl acrylate. Melt spinning is performed on the mixture and spun undrawn yarn is drawn at a drawing ratio of 3.0-5.0. The drawn yarn is crimped, and resin liquid including emulsion is attached on the surface of the drawn yarn. After thermal fixing of the drawn yarn, the drawn yarn is cut as staple fiber.

PURPOSE: A cutting apparatus for sound absorbing boards is provided to improve the outer shape of a sound absorption board by cutting and chamfering the sound absorption board with moving a cutting wire up and down erectly or obliquely. CONSTITUTION: A cutting apparatus(10) for sound absorbing boards comprises a moving unit(100) and a cutting unit(200). The multiple rollers(110) are installed in the moving unit. The motor roller(120) is installed to correspond to the upper part of the roller. The motor roller moves the sound absorption board by the torque of the motor. The housing(210) of a cutting unit is installed on both sides of the motor roller. A guide hole(211) on the front side of the housing connects to the inside of the housing. The heating unit is installed in the guiding hole to be slid.
