본 발명의 목적은 피스톤 핀의 접동부위에 충분한 오일이 강제적으로 공급되도록 한 오일공급구조를 제공하는데 있다. 상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 수단은 실린더 블록(2)의 오일갤러리(3)로부터 공급되는 오일을 피스톤(1)의 저면을 향해 분사하는 오일제트(4)와, 그의 입구부(5a)가 상기 오일제트(4)의 분사방향을 따라 피스톤(1) 몸체에 형성되며 그의 출구부(5b)(5c)는 피스톤 핀(6)을 지지하는 양측 핀 보스부(7)에 연통하는 오일공급통로(5), 를 구비하는 것임을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 흡기 매니폴드의 모터 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 흡기 매니폴드에 샤프트(S)와 연동된 압축기(101)가 장착되며, 상기 샤프트(S) 끝단에는 동력 전달 수단인 풀리(104) 및 벨트(105)가 구비되고, 상기 풀리(104) 및 벨트(105)는 축(210)이 형성된 전동모터(200)와 연결되되; 상기 전동모터(200)의 축(210)은 상기 풀리(104) 및 벨트(105)를 관통하여 추가로 구비되는 플라이휠(300)과 탈착 가능하게 결합되어, 흡기 매니폴드에서 사용되는 스타트모터를 삭제하여 부품 수를 줄이고 원가를 절감하여 생산성과 상품성을 향상시키고, 엔진의 무게를 저감시키는데 효과가 있도록 하는 것이다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for improving the output of a vehicle engine is provided to improve the output of an engine by improving air suction efficiency and to remarkably reduce noise and vibration. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for improving the output of a vehicle engine comprises an intake manifold(10) and a turbine(21). The intake manifold comprises an intake path(11), a plenum chamber(12), multiple runners(13), and a compression chamber(14). External air flows into the intake path. The plenum chamber is connected to the intake path. The runners are connected to the plenum chamber. The compression chamber is connected to the intake path and the plenum chamber. The turbine is rotatably installed inside the compression chamber to compress the external air.

PURPOSE: A VIS(Variable Inertia System) valve device for an intake manifold of a vehicle is provided to achieve reduction in costs and weight of an engine because a VIS valve case is molded out of the same synthetic resin material as an intake manifold. CONSTITUTION: A VIS valve device for an intake manifold of a vehicle comprises a VIS valve case(2) which is installed inside an intake manifold made of a synthetic resin material and formed with connection passages(21) connected to intake passages, butterfly valves(5) which are respectively installed in the connection passages to open and close the connection passages separately, and a rotary shaft(4) which is inserted in a hollow shaft(3) and rotates the butterfly valves. The hollow shaft is installed to pass through the connection passages and has slot grooves that are located in the respective connection passages. The butterfly valves are respectively inserted in the slot grooves and fixed to the rotary shaft.

PURPOSE: A dual plenum intake manifold is provided to enable the difference between average flow rate and distribution performance to be reduced since the air is evenly distributed to dual plenum and is supplied to an engine. CONSTITUTION: A dual plenum intake manifold comprises a dual plenum(100), a short runner(111) and a long runner(121). The dual plenum comprises an intake port. The dual plenum consists of a short plenum(110) and a long plenum(120), which are divided by the central axis of the intake port. One side of the short runner is communicated with the short plenum. One or more short runners are arranged along the length of the short plenum and have a given radius of curvature. One side of the long runner is communicated with the long plenum. One or more long runners are arranged along the length of the long plenum and have a given radius of curvature.
