PURPOSE: An antibacterial dental membrane is provided to ensure alkaline phosphatase activity in osteoblast, and to improve bond generation in a lesion. CONSTITUTION: A dental membrane contains 0.01-10 wt% of 4-hexylresorcinol, and 90-99.99 wt% of silk proteins. The silk protein is silk fibroin. A method for manufacturing the dental membrane comprises: a step of dissolving the silk fibroin in an ethanol solution containing a salt, and removing the salt and ethanol to prepare a silk fibroin solution; a step of dissolving 4-hexylresorcinol in ethanol and preparing 4-hexylresorcinol ethanol solution; a step of mixing the silk fibroin solution and the 4-hexylresorcinol ethanol solution, and comprising a dental membrane composition; and a step of pouring the dental membrane composition into a container and drying. PURPOSE: A method for preparing a silkworm grand-derived hydrolysate is provided to obtain a hydrolysate with excellent cell proliferation effect without a harmful solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a silkworm grand-derived hydrolysate comprises: a step of preparing a silkworm; a step of freeze-drying the silkworm and isolating a silk gland; a step of dissolving the silk gland with water and preparing a first lysate; a step of centrifuging the first lysate and collecting supernatant; a step of adding alkali to the supernatant and performing hydrolysate to prepare a second lysate; a step of adding acid to the second lysate and neutralizing to prepare a neutralized solution; a step of desalting the neutralized solution and preparing a hydrolysate; and a step of freeze-drying the hydrolysate. 본 발명은 척추압박골절에 대한 척추성형술 등의 용도로 사용되는 생체적합성 골 시멘트 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 가수분해된 실크 피브로인 분말, 아크릴계 고분자, 중합개시제가 함유된 분말부분과, 아크릴 단량체, 중합촉진제, 중합금지제가 함유된 액체부분으로 구성되어 실크 피브로인 가수분해물 제조방법이나 제조된 실크 피브로인 가수분해물과 아크릴계 고분자 및 단량체의 혼합비율에 따라 골절 척추체 주입용 골 시멘트로써의 적정강도와 생체적합성을 갖추고 더 나아가 실크 피브로인 가수분해물에 따라 골형성을 촉진할 수 있다는 것을 요지로 한다.

CONSTITUTION: A bone cement composition includes: a powder part containing silk fibroin hydrolysate powder, polyacrylo-nitrile PMMA, and polymerization initiator; and a fluid part containing acrylic monomer, polymerization accelerator, and polymer inhibitor. The powder part and fluid part are mixed with each other. The silk fibroin hydrolysate powder has molecular weight 0.1-100 kDa.

PURPOSE: A bone graft material is provided to rapidly regenerate a damaged and lost part of bone by applying the bone graft material to the damaged and lost part of bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone graft material includes silk fibroin peptide as an active ingredient. The silk fibroin peptide has average molecular weight of 100-4,000 Da and is prepared by removing sericin by treating silk with alkaline solution and hydrolyzing the silk with acid. The silk fibroin peptide improves the expression of alkaline phosphatase, collagen type I-alpha 1, fibronectin, or transforming growth factor(TGF)-beta 1.

PURPOSE: An AMP-activated protein kinase fusion protein is provided to suppress inflammation by intracellular concentration-dependent and time-dependent introduction. CONSTITUTION: A cell permeable AMP-activated protein kinase fusion protein has a protein transport domain which is bound to at least one terminal of the AMP-activated protein kinase. The protein transport domain is PEP-1 peptide. The AMP-activated protein kinase has an amino acid of sequence number 7. A cosmetic composition contains the AMP-activated protein kinase as an active ingredient. A pharmaceutical composition for treating inflammation including type 2 diabetes, obesity, skin cancer, and atopic inflammation contains the AMP-activated protein kinase as an active ingredient and pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.

CONSTITUTION: A silk/hydroxyapatite complex nanofiber supporter for osteanagenesis constituted as follows. In the nanofiber supporter, hydroxyapatite is coated on the surface thereof and silk nanofiber having the diameter of tens or hundreds nanometers is three-dimensionally arranged. The silk nanofiber maintains the form of a strand of fiber without conglomeration or entanglement thereof.
