Abstract: The alkoxylate mixtures contain alkoxylates of general formula (I): C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2O(A)n(B)mH, wherein: A represents ethyleneoxy; B represents C3- 10-alkyleneoxy or mixtures thereof, whereby groups (A) and (B) can exist in a statistically distributed or alternating form or in the form of two or more blocks arranged in any order; n represents a number ranging from 0 to 30; m represents a number ranging from 0 to 20, and; n + m is equal to at least 1. The mixture contains 70 to 99 wt. % of alkoxylates A1 in which C5H11 represents n-C5H11, and contains 1 to 30 wt. % of alkoxylates A2 in which C5H11 represents C2H5CH(CH3)CH2 and/or CH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method and device for deionizing a cooling medium of a fuel cell that circulates inside a cooling circuit. The invention is characterized in that a liquid deionizing agent is permitted to act, at least intermittently, upon the cooling medium whereby enabling the deionizing agent to absorb ions from the cooling medium. To this end, the inventive fuel cell aggregate (10), which comprises at least one fuel cell (11) and at least one cooling circuit (20) for the fuel cell, has, inside the cooling circuit (20), at least one deionization device (23), inside of which a liquid deionizing agent can act upon the cooling medium. The deionization device can comprise static mixers (28, 34) downstream from which membrane separators (29, 35) are connected.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing alpha -aminophosphonic acids, by reacting a hexahydro triazine derivative with a triorganyl phosphate. The inventive method includes a phosphono compound as an intermediate step, said phosphono compound being hydrolysed into alpha -aminophosphonic acid. The invention also relates to said phosphono compound and the method for the production thereof. The inventive method enables alpha -aminophosphonic acids to be produced in a simple and economical manner as well as ensuring a high yield and purity.
