PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sandwich type composite panel is provided to improve the mechanical strength of a sandwich type composite panel by uniformly maintaining the thickness of laminated members. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sandwich type composite panel is as follows. A fabric layer is manufactured by loading fabric on a mold using an infusion method(R100). A prepreg panel is manufactured using a preprag through vacuum forming(R200). Face sheet panels are manufactured by spreading synthetic resin on the fabric layer and loading the prepreg panel on the top of the synthetic resin(R300). A sandwich type composite panel is manufactured by inserting a foam core between the face sheet panels(R400). Burrs on the sandwich type composite panel are eliminated.

PURPOSE: A solvent free polyurethane adhesive composition is provided to enable use for an adhesive used for moisture-permeable waterproof fabric due to excellent durability, water resistance, and adhesive force. CONSTITUTION: A solvent free polyurethane adhesive composition includes a diol mixture, diisocyanate compound and catalyst. The diol mixture comprises 20~50 mol% of polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 1,000~2,000, 20~70 mol% of polyethylene glycol with molecular weight of 1,000~5,000, and 10~30 mol% of polycarbonatediol with molecular weight of 1,000~2,000. Based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture of the diol compound, as a catalyst, 0.01~0.03 parts by weight of dibutyltin dilaurate and diisocyanate so that a NCO/OH ratio of polyester polyol and diisocyanate is 2~3.

PURPOSE: A primer composition for an impact absorption rubber gel is provided to ensure excellent adhesive force without a pre-treatment process such as ultraviolet irradiation and grinding processes. CONSTITUTION: A primer composition for an impact absorption rubber gel comprises, 100.0 parts by weight of a solvent type acrylic resin compound, 3~10 parts by weight of modified polyolefin resin, 2~8 parts by weight of functional monomer, 2~15 parts by weight of modified polyol, and a solvent so that the total solid portion is 5~10 weight%.

PURPOSE: A cleaning composition is provided to ensure excellent removal ability to tackifying/adhesive contaminants, adhesives for wooden floor, manicure, and silver pen ink. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning composition comprises 5~15 weight% of non-polar aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvent and 20~58 weight% of alcohols as a low toxicity solvent, 35~55 weight% of water and 2~10 weight% of additives. The non-polar aliphatic hydrocarbon-based solvent is one or more kinds selected from pentane, hexane, oxane, cyclohexane, and dioxane. The alcohols are one or more kinds selected from ethanol, methanol, propanol, hexanol, and butanol.

PURPOSE: A pellet rubber composition for injection molding and a method for molding a rubber product using the same are provided to have excellent storage stability in comparison with a conventional rubber composition including both a vulcanizate and a vulcanization accelerator and be smoothly transported. CONSTITUTION: A pellet rubber composition for injection molding is comprised of a mater batch which a base material and various kinds of rubber additive are mixed. The master batch is a mixed base material which is obtained by mixing the base material and a thermoplastic resin. The mater batch includes organic nanoclay and titanium organic composite. The mater batch is capable of being used for injection molding by adding a vulcanizate and a vulcanization accelerator to the mater batch.
