Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disconnector which is manufactured, transported, and mounted, completely without danger. SOLUTION: This device is provided for interrupting a conductor, and is provided with one housing, and two current terminals 1, 2 projected from a casing 3. A conductive member and foaming agent for connecting both of the current terminals 1, 2 electro-conductively are arranged in an inside 4 of the casing. The foaming agent is used for generating compressed gas of an amount enough to interrupt the conductive member 7 when a fault current is generated. The foaming agent does not contain an ignitable material, and is selected so that the compressed gas necessary for interruption is thermally liberated from the foaming agent by an current operation of the fault current. Because an explosive material is not contained in the device, the device can be manufactured, transported, mounted, and maintained without any danger. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a power transmission mechanism is a hybrid electric power breaker. SOLUTION: The hybrid electric power breaker comprises at least two arc- extinguishing chambers that are connected in series and these arc-extinguishing chambers can be operated by a common drive device through a power transmission mechanism 29 that is arranged connected in front of the arc-extinguishing chamber. The power transmission mechanism 29 is formed capable of insertion connection by at least two power transmission components and the first power transmission component is connected fixed to at least one first arc-extinguishing chamber and the second power transmission component is connected fixed to at least one second arc-extinguishing chamber, and the power transmission mechanism comprises a means that can mutually harmonize technically and appropriately the movement of at least two arc-extinguishing chambers and optimize order in time and switching speed of the movement of the arc- extinguishing chambers.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn-off high-performance semiconductor device which reduces loss optimally and where delay time does not increase or increases very slightly. SOLUTION: A turn-off electric power semiconductor device has an internal p-n-p-n type layer structure of a gate rectification thyristor and first gate at the side of a cathode. The device has second gate at the side of an anode, which contacts with an n-doped base layer, and has second gate contact point. A lead of the second gate which is concentrically arranged around an anode contact point in a rotational symmetry design contacts with the second gate contact point. The lead of the second gate is drawn out of parts and is electrically insulated from the anode contact point.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer blend the non-linear electric characteristic of which is adjusted by a simple method during its produc tion process, and capable of producing the polymer blend having the non-linear characteristic set in advance by an economical method. SOLUTION: In this polymer blend having a non-linear current-voltage- characteristic curve consisting of a polymer matrix and a filler buried in the polymer matrix and having the non-linear current-voltage-characteristic curve, the filler contains two filler components having the non-linear current-voltage- characteristic curves different each other.
