본 발명은 고온 치수안정성이 우수하고 내충격성이 향상된 열가소성 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 고무 라텍스가 분산된 시안화 비닐 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물의 그라프트 공중합체 (I); 시안화 비닐 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 중량평균분자량이 200,000∼1,000,000인 비선형 구조의 공중합체 (Ⅱ); 및 시안화 비닐 화합물-방향족 비닐 화합물로 이루어진 중량평균분자량이 100,000∼200,000인 선형 구조의 공중합체 (Ⅲ)가 특정 비율로 혼합된 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 얻어진 수지 조성물은 종래 ABS 수지가 지닌 높은 선팽창 계수에 따른 충격강도 및 성형 수축률 저하의 문제점을 해결할 뿐만 아니라, 고온에서의 치수안정성을 증가시켜 자동차용 플라스틱 재료에 매우 적합하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: Provided is a polyolefin-based resin composition for the interior or exterior trim of automobiles which is excellent in strength, impact resistance, heat resistance and stiffness and is free from the projection of weld line generation part. CONSTITUTION: The polyolefin-based resin composition comprises 30-85 wt% of an ultra-high crystalline olefin-based resin; 10-40 wt% of an ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber having a Mooney viscosity (ML1+4, 100 deg.C) of 10-100; 5-40 wt% of a glass bead whose surface is treated with a modified polypropylene grafted with an unsaturated carbonic acid or its anhydride; and 5-40 wt% of barium sulfate having an average diameter of 0.5-1 micrometers. Preferably the ultra-high crystalline olefin-based resin has a melt index of 10-80 g/10 min and its isotactic peptide fraction of homo-part is 95 % or more.

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in weather resistance, is improved in impact resistance and is applicable to the door frame for vehicles. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 15-50 wt% of an aromatic polycarbonate; 35-70 wt% of an aromatic polyester; 5-30 wt% of an α -methylstyrene-styrene-methacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer (a modified ABS resin); 3-12 wt% of a polypropylene-based resin; 5-20 wt% of a butadiene-based graft copolymer; and 2-3 wt% of an additive. Preferably the polypropylene-based resin is a propylene homopolymer or an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber whose ethylene content is 5-40 wt%; and the content of an α-methylstyrene-based copolymer is 30-70 wt% in the modified ABS resin.

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition based on PC/ABS, which has excellent chemical resistance, demoldability and impact resistance at low temperature, and thus is useful for crash pads for cars and electric and electronic components. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition based on polycarbonate resin and aromatic vinyl monomer-vinyl cyanide graft copolymer, comprises: (A) 30-90 wt% of a polycarbonate resin having a weight average molecular weight of 20,000-55,000; (B) 5-60 wt% of graft ABS resin obtained by graft polymerization of (a) 20-95 wt% of a mixture containing 40-90 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer and 10-60 wt% of vinyl cyanide monomer, and (b) 20-75 wt% of a rubbery polymer; (C) 0-50 wt% of an SAN copolymer resin formed of 40-90 wt% of an aromatic vinyl monomer, 10-60 wt% of a vinyl monomer and 0-40 wt% of another vinyl monomer copolymerizable with them; and (D) (a) 0.1-15 wt% of an LLDPE resin, (b) 0-15 wt% of a HDPE resin, or 1-50 wt% of a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition for the interior materials of a car is provided, to improve scratch resistance, impact strength, heat resistance and hardness. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 30-70 wt% of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer which comprises 70-100 wt% of a propylene polymer and 0-30 wt% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer; 5-30 wt% of an olefin-based elastomer which comprises an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber or an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer; 0.01-0.2 wt% of an organic peroxide; 0.06-1.2 wt% of a crosslinking auxiliary; 5-40 wt% of an inorganic filler which is a needle-like silica or a mixture of a needle-like silica and one selected from talc, barium sulfate, calcium carbonate and wollastonite; and 1-7 wt% of a modified polypropylene resin which is grafted by an unsaturated carbonic acid and its derivatives and has a degree of grafting of 0.5-5 wt%.

CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: 30-70 wt% of a rubber latex; 10-30 wt% of a graft copolymer(I) comprising 70-30 wt% of a mixed monomer consisting of 20-40 wt% of a vinyl cyanide monomer and 60-80 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound monomer; 20-50 wt% of a non-linear graft copolymer(II) consisting of 20-40 wt% of a vinyl cyanide monomer and 60-80 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound monomer and having a weight average molecular weight of 200,000-1,000,000; and 20-60 wt% of a linear graft copolymer(III) consisting of 20-40 wt% of a vinyl cyanide monomer and 60-80 wt% of an aromatic vinyl compound monomer and having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-200,000.

A polypropylene resin composition comprises (in weight%) propylene polymer (A) (30-70), ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer rubber (B) (10-30), styrene-based copolymer rubber (C) (1-10), polar group containing resin (D) (1-7) and an inorganic filler (E) (10-40). A propylene resin composition comprises (in wt.%) propylene polymer (A) (30-70), ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer rubber (B) (10-30), styrene-based copolymer rubber (C) (1-10), polar group containing resin (D) (1-7) and an inorganic filler (E) (10-40). The polymer (A) contains propylene homopolymer (0-30) and propylene-ethylene copolymer (70-100). The copolymer (B) contains ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber (60-95) and ethylene-alpha -olefin copolymer (5-40). The rubber (C) contains a polymer block of styrene or its derivative (10-50) and a polymer block copolymerized with ethylene, isoprene, butylene, butadiene and/or propylene (50-90). The resin (D) contains modified polypropylene grafted to a graft ratio (0.5-6) and/or polyolefin polyol. The filler (E) is talc, barium sulfate, potassium carbonate or wollastonite. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene resin composition contains: 30-70wt% of a propylene polymer comprising a propylene homopolymer and a propylene ethylene copolymer in the ratio of 0-30:100-70wt%; 10-30wt% of an ethylene alpha-olefin copolymer rubber comprising an ethylene propylene copolymer rubber and an ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymer in the ratio of 60-100:40-0wt%; 1-10wt% of a polar group-contained resin containing a modified polypropylene, 1-5wt% of a polar group-contained resin containing a polyolefin polyol, or 1-7wt% of a polar group-contained resin containing the two; 10-40wt% of an inorganic filler comprising glass fiber with an aspect ratio of 200-700 and at least one selected from talc, barium sulfate, or calcium carbonate olastonite having an average particle size of 0.5-7 micrometer in the ratio of 90-100:0-10wt%.

PURPOSE: A resin composition is provided, which is improved in the low temperature impact resistance, the hardness and the flowability by optimizing the dispersibility and particle size of rubber, and can be applied to the bumper cover of a car. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 70-95 wt% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer resin; 5-20 wt% of a thermoplastic elastic rubber; and 0-10 wt% of an inorganic filler. The ethylene-propylene copolymer resin contains ethylene by the amount of 15-25 % and has a melting index of 10-30 g/10 min(230 deg.C, 2.16 kgf). Preferably the thermoplastic elastic rubber is at least one selected from the group consisting of an ethylene-propylene rubber containing 70-80 % of ethylene, an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber containing 70-80 % of ethylene and an ethylene-octene rubber containing 23-27 % of octene. The inorganic filler is preferably talc with a mean particle size of 1-10 micrometers.

PURPOSE: A polypropylene resin composition, a molded product for car interiors prepared by using the composition and a preparation method of instrument panel united with an air-bag are provided, which has good stiffness, scratch resistance, gloss and adhesive property to a paint and excellent laser processing property and low temperature impact resistance. CONSTITUTION: The polypropylene resin composition comprises 30-70 wt% of a propylene copolymer comprising 0-30 wt% of a propylene homopolymer and 70-100 wt% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer; 10-30 wt% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber comprising 60-95 wt% of an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber and 5-40 wt% of an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer; 1-10 wt% of a styrene-based copolymer rubber comprising 10-50 wt% of a copolymer block group of styrene or its derivative and 50-90 wt% of a polymer block group formed by copolymerizing at least one selected from the group consisting of ethylene, isoprene, butylene, butadiene and propylene; 1-7 wt% of a polar group-containing resin comprising a modified polypropylene with a graft rate of 0.5-6.0 wt% and/or polyolefinpolyol; and 10-40 wt% of an inorganic filler selected from the group consisting of talc, barium sulfate and calcium carbonate olastonite.
