Abstract: PURPOSE: A resin composition producing method for the outside plate of a vehicle body is provided to reduce the weight of the outside plate and a raw cost by newly producing a hand lay-up material in a high intensity and low specific gravity type, better than a glass fiber reinforced plastic, using a complex material selectively mixed with glass fiber, carbon fiber and kevlar fiber. CONSTITUTION: Unsaturated polyester resin is coated on a mold and a reinforcing material selectively mixed with glass fiber, carbon fiber and kevlar fiber is layered in two to five layers. Then, the resin is molded in a land lay-up method. The unsaturated polyester resin includes 15 to 60wt% of the reinforcing material. The unsaturated polyester resin is selected from denatured bisphenol grouped resin, bisphenol grouped resin, iso-grouped resin, ortho-grouped resin, tere-grouped resin and vinyl ester grouped resin. The reinforcing material is selected from a chopped strand mat shape, a woven roving shape, cloth shape or a yarn shape.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A locker cover reclaimed resin composition having excellent heat resistance by adding a polymer additive containing maleic acid anhydride to a waste plastic locker cover to inhibit a thermal decomposition reaction and process for the preparation thereof are provided, which can be used for external and internal plastic parts of an automobile, plastic covers of electric and electronic products and building material. CONSTITUTION: The reclaimed resin composition comprises 100 parts by weight of waste locker cover powder removed rubber and metals and 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a polymer additive containing maleic acid anhydride, wherein the polymer additive is styrene-based polymer resin or olefin-based polymer resin containing 1 to 40 parts by weight of maleic acid anhydride. The process for producing a locker cover reclaimed resin composition comprises the steps of removing rubber and metals from waste plastic locker cover, crushing to produce a powder having a particle size of 5 to 30mm in the first stage, crushing to produce a powder having a particle size of 1 to 4mm in the second stage, adding a polymer additive containing maleic acid anhydride, extruding and forming.
