본 발명은 사출성형용 수지 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리아마이드계 및 폴리프로필렌계 블랜드 수지; 및 탄소 장섬유를 포함하여 파노라마 선루프 프레임 등에 적용되는 스틸 또는 유리섬유 강화 복합재료를 대체할 수 있는 탄소섬유 강화 사출성형용 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 고분자-전도성 필러 복합체와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고분자에 니켈 코팅-탄소 섬유, 탄소나노튜브, 니켈코팅-그라파이트, 카본블랙 및 이산화티타늄 등을 첨가하여 두 종류 이상의 전도성 필러의 첨가에 의한 시너지 효과를 통하여 우수한 전자파 차폐 효율을 갖는 고분자-전도성 필러 복합체와 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet for light weight bumper back beam is provided to reduce the weight of material by optimizing content and arrangement of glass fiber, thereby improving impact performance. CONSTITUTION: A composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet comprises 50-60 weight% of polypropylene, 35-40 weight% of glass fiber, 0.1-10 weight% of a crosslinking agent, 0.1-4 weight% of peroxide, and 0.1-4 weight% of an antioxidant. The glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet is manufactured by mixing a composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet. The glass fiber for the composition for a glass fiber mat reinforced thermoplastic sheet is that random-directional glass fiber is added to uni-directional glass fiber.

PURPOSE: A polyolefin resin composition is provided to have excellent mechanical properties such as impact strength, elasticity, a heat distortion temperature, and flowability, and to improve workability. CONSTITUTION: A polyolefin resin composition comprises 0.2-5 parts by weight of a surfactant based on 100.0 parts by weight of a mixed composition. The mixed composition consists of 30-96 weight% of a polyolefin resin, 1-30 weight% of a rubber, and 3-40 weight% of inorganic fillers. The polyolefin resin comprises a propylene homopolymer which is a propylene homopolymer; a random copolymer which is formed by copolymerizing 80-90 mol% of a polypropylene monomer and 20-10 mol% of an α-olefin comonomer; and one or a mixture of two more selected from block copolymers in which 1-10 parts by weight of an ethylene-propylene-rubber is blended to 90-99 parts by weight of a homopolymer.

PURPOSE: A propeller shaft for vehicle is provided to minimize the length of a press part of a yoke by securing enough welding space to weld a correction weigh. CONSTITUTION: A propeller shaft for vehicle comprises a tube(11) and a press part(13). The tube is carbon fiber strengthening composite. The press part is formed on a yoke(12) to surround the outer circumference of end part of the tube and weld the yoke and the tube. A serration is formed in inner circumference of the press part. A correction weight is welded on the outer circumference of the press part for weight balancing.
