A recombinant vector contains the gene. A host cell is transformed by the recombinant vector. A method for producing a large amount of endoxylanase from the host cell comprises a step of overexpressing endoxylanase by transducing the recombinant vector to the host cells.

CONSTITUTION: A microsatellite marker which is able to distinguish dog individual is a combination of one or more sets among: a first set having FH3005, FH2537, FH3921, FH3381, FH3116, FH3372, REN62M06, REN277O05, REN51C16, FH3399, and FH3027; a second set having FH2097, REN204K13, FH1014, FH3058, FH2834, FH2712, REN112C08, FH2998, FH2584, and REN197E16; and a third set having FH2054, REN181K04, FH2079, REN01O23, FH2582, and FH2790. A method for identifying dog individual comprises: a step of performing multiple PCR using microsatellite marker; and a step of detecting allele through electrophoresis and determining genotype.

PURPOSE: Provided is an analysis method for the discrimination by PCR-RFLP of the bovine melanocortin receptor 1(MC1R) gene to prevent unfair distribution of beef meat. CONSTITUTION: The analysis method characteristically comprises the steps of: performing PCR with a variable region of MC1R gene as a primer; cleaving PCR products, BsrF I and MspAl I with restriction enzymes; and determining genotype by electrophoresis.

본 발명은 소 육종을 조기에 간편하게 선발하도록 하는 소 육질 관련 DNA 표지인자를 이용한 비육우 조기선발 방법에 관한 것으로, 소 육질관련 DNA 표지인자는 NCBI GenBank에 등록번호 제U50365호의 유전정보 3006호부터 3365번까지의 exon 2에서 염기치환의 결과 생긴 유전자형(M 형태)이다. 본 발명에 따라 미성숙 소들로부터 요구되는 육질의 비육우를 육종하도록 조기에 선발할 수 있어서 비육우를 보다 경제적이고 효율적으로 육종할 수 있게 되는 효과가 있다.
