본 발명은 칡소의 친자 감정을 위한 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하 칡소에 특화되어 정확도가 높은 표 1 또는 서열번호 1 내지 92의 염기서열로 이루어지는 SNP 마커를 포함하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 친자 감정용 조성물, 키트 및 이를 이용한 칡소의 친자감정 방법에 관한 것이다.

본발명은한우마블링예측을위한폴리뉴클레오티드및 그진단방법에관한것으로, 보다상세하게는서열번호 1로표시되는 ADIPOQ 유전자유래폴리뉴클레오티드의 258번째염기에서의삽입또는결손을검출할수 있는한우마블링예측용폴리뉴클레오티드또는서열번호 1로표시되는 ADIPOQ 유전자유래폴리뉴클레오티드의 73번째염기가 C 또는 T인단일염기다형을검출할수 있는한우마블링예측용폴리뉴클레오티드, 조성물, 키트및 한우마블링예측용폴리뉴클레오티드를이용하여한우마블링을예측하는방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른폴리뉴클레오티드를활용하면한우의마블링을효과적이고실용적인방법으로예측할수 있으며, 이를토대로고품질의한우고기를생산하는종우의선발이가능하다.

PURPOSE: A microsatellite marker and a method for identifying dog individual using the same are provided to perform multiplex PCR and to perform parental testing. CONSTITUTION: A microsatellite marker which is able to distinguish dog individual is a combination of one or more sets among: a first set having FH3005, FH2537, FH3921, FH3381, FH3116, FH3372, REN62M06, REN277O05, REN51C16, FH3399, and FH3027; a second set having FH2097, REN204K13, FH1014, FH3058, FH2834, FH2712, REN112C08, FH2998, FH2584, and REN197E16; and a third set having FH2054, REN181K04, FH2079, REN01O23, FH2582, and FH2790. A method for identifying dog individual comprises: a step of performing multiple PCR using microsatellite marker; and a step of detecting allele through electrophoresis and determining genotype.
Abstract:
A genetic marker for identifying marbling of Korean native cattle is provided to more accurately identify genetic traits of each of the Korean native cattle using a scientific method, thereby capable of selecting a calf in early stage and accurately presuming the breeding value. The genetic marker for identifying marbling of Korean native cattle includes a single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) in which an A base of 55th DNA of an exon 5 region is mutated by a G base, an SNP in which a C base of 235th DNA of the exon 5 region is mutated by a T base, an SNP in which a C base of -867th DNA of a promoter region is mutated by a G base, and an SNP in which a G base of -877th DNA of the promoter region is deleted in a gene of stearoyl co-A desaturase(SCD) of Bos taurus registered at an NCBI GeneBank(registration no. AY241933). In the marker, the SCD including the 55th SNP at the exon 5 region has a genotype of AA, AG and GG, the SCD including the 235th SNP at the exon 5 region has a genotype of CC, CT and TT, and the SCD including the -867th SNP at the promoter region has a genotype of CC, CG and GG.
