A thermoplastic resin composition with high weatherability is provided to be suitable for the use of external non-coating housing and to ensure excellent scratch resistance, colorability and various colors. A thermoplastic resin composition with excellent scratch resistance and colorability comprises and acrylic graft copolymer resin 30~90 weight% and an alkyl(meth)acrylate resin 10~70 weight%. The acrylic graft copolymer resin is graft-polymerized with a monomer mixture 40~60 weight% including an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound to an acrylic rubber 40~60 weight%. The alkyl(meth)acrylate resin consists of methylmethacrylate 95~100 weight% and methylacrylate 0~5 weight%.

A thermoplastic resin composition is provided to ensure excellent weatherability while maintaining heat resistance and impact strength of intrinsic resin. A thermoplastic resin composition with excellent weatherability comprises an acrylic graft-copolymer 20~60 parts by weight, diene graft-copolymer 0~20 parts by weight, and a copolymer 40~80 parts by weight of vinyl cyanide compound with average molecular weight of 80,000~400,000 and aromatic vinyl compound. The acrylic graft-copolymer is obtained by emulsion graft-polymerizing a monomer mixture 40~80 parts by weight consisting of a vinyl cyanide compound 30~35 weight% and an aromatic vinyl compound 70~65 weight% to an acrylic synthetic rubber 20~60 parts by weight.

A non-coating antifouling copolymer is provided to show excellent water and oil repellency and antifouling property when applied to a thermoplastic resin, to suppress the degradation of heat resistance or mechanical properties, and to ensure excellent dispersion stability without bubbling. A method for manufacturing a non-coating antifouling copolymer comprises the steps of: injecting a chain transfer agent and a polymerization initiator to a monomer mixture, wherein the monomer mixture is fluorinated alkyl(meth)acrylate 20~50 weight%, alkylsilane (meth)acrylate 10~30 weight%, styrene 10~50 weight% and acrylonitrile 3~10 weight%; and injecting a polyalkylacrylate-acrylic acid in the mixture and then suspension-polymerizing them. The chain transfer agent is used in the amount of 0.02-10 parts by weight based on the monomer mixture 100.0 parts by weight. The polyalkylacrylate-acrylic acid is put in the amount of 0.05~0.2 parts by weight based on the monomer mixture 100.0 parts by weight.

An optical disc using methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin is provided to enhance mobility, strength, elongation, and UV transmittance, and to reduce manufacturing cost of the optical disk by integrally bonding a dummy disk for protecting an active disk. An optical disc includes an active disk(1) in which information is recorded, and a dummy disk(4) for protecting the active disk. The dummy disk is made of methylmethacrylate-acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer resin. The average grain size of rubber in the resin is 100 to 350 nm. A recording surface(2) is formed on the active disk. A reflection layer(3) is deposited on the recording surface. The dummy disk is bonded to the reflection layer.

Provided are an environment-friendly thermoplastic resin composition, which has low volatility and absorptiveness, generates a low amount of gas by pyrolysis, and is superior in an injection stay discoloring property, impact strength, and flowability, and a preparation thereof. The thermoplastic resin composition is prepared by the steps of: (i) adding ion-exchanged water and a reactive emulsifier to a butadiene rubber polymer in a reactor, thereto adding a monomer mixture of an aromatic vinyl monomer and a vinyl cyanide monomer, and a molecular weight controller, heating the admixture while stirring, thereto adding a cross-linking agent, a graft agent, an oil-soluble pyrolytic initiator when the temperature reaches 55-65°C, and starting polymerization to prepare a first graft ABS; and (ii) adding a water-soluble initiator in the presence of the first graft ABS to stir the admixture, adding the monomer mixture and the molecular weight controller for 2-5 hours, and performing a second graft reaction to prepare a graft acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer.
