다중 플랫폼을 지원하는 범용 신뢰플랫폼모듈 및 이를 구현하기 위한 방법이 제공된다. 서로 다른 플랫폼을 지원하는 둘 이상의 신뢰플랫폼모듈을 포함하는 범용 신뢰플랫폼 모듈은 호스트로부터 신뢰플랫폼모듈 기능 변경 명령이 수신되면, 현재 기능 변경 가능 상태인지 여부를 확인하고, 상기 신뢰플랫폼모듈 기능 변경 명령에 상응하도록 범용 신뢰플랫폼 모듈을 세팅한다. 이후부터는 상기 변경된 설정에 상응하는 신뢰플랫폼모듈만이 신뢰플랫폼모듈 동작 명령을 실행한다. 신뢰플랫폼모듈, TPM, 다중 플랫폼, 범용 신뢰플랫폼모듈

The video encoding device calculates the average and dispersion of 16x16 block in a motion vector prediction result(406). The video encoding device calculates a bit generation prediction value(410,412). The video encoding device calculates the intensity of bit generation quantity(414). The video encoding device calculates a quantization coefficient control value(416). The video encoding device controls bit rate about an image.

PURPOSE: A digital cinema content production and play method and an apparatus using the same are provided to encode and play 2K resolution data by extracting the 2K resolution data from 4K resolution digital cinema contents. CONSTITUTION: A production server creates first resolution frame data(S601). The production server extracts length information of second resolution frame data from the first resolution frame data(S602). The production server creates an encrypted triplet(S604). The production server performs an MXF(Material eXchange Format) wrapping process from the encrypted triplet(S605). PURPOSE: A cinema contents processing device and method is provided to enable a user to experience the high-definition contents by using the media contents which is converted from the digital cinema contents. CONSTITUTION: A contents analyzer(100) extracts an encryption key, contents data and conversion media information and authority information from the cinema contents. A decoder(101) decodes the contents data based on the cryptographic key. A media generator(102) converts the decoded contents data based on the media information to be converted and generates the distributable media contents. A authority information processor(103) unites the authority information and the distributable media contents and generates the package media contents.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for providing channel information using scalable video coding and a method thereof are provided to perform video coding for images of each channel, thereby efficiently providing an EPG(Electronic Program Guide). CONSTITUTION: An input unit(10) receives channel selection information and channel changing information that a user inputs. A channel controller(30) manages information of received multi channels based on the channel selection information or the channel changing information. A scalable video coding unit(40) decides resolution about an image of a selected channel. The scalable video coding unit performs scalable video coding for the image of the selected channel. A display unit(70) displays an image screen of the scalable video coded channel.

PURPOSE: A method for restricting use in a mobile station and a mobile station for the same are provided to prevent the loss of a mobile terminal while restricting the usage of the lost mobile terminal by using USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) to receive certification. CONSTITUTION: A control module receives ID ad a coded first certificated data from a authentication module card with ID(S116). The control module transmits the received ID and a first certificated data to the authentication module(S120). The authentication module searches a search data for second certificated data which is matched with the received ID. The authentication module decodes the first certificated data. The authentication module compares the decoded first certificated data with the secret data for second certificated data and generates an inspection result. The authentication module transmits the inspection result which to a control module(S122-S128). The control module controls the mobile terminal according to the generation inspection result(S130).

Abstract:
A method for detecting an illegal access point is provided to prevent an access attempt of the illegal AP by registering the illegal AP(Access Point) in a USIM card. A mobile terminal(200) obtains ID information of an AP(300) to be accessed. The ID information for the AP to be accessed is encrypted by using a USIM(Universal Subscriber Identity Module) card(100), and the encrypted result is transmitted to an authentication server(400). An encrypted verification result for the AP to be accessed is received from an authentication server and the verification result is decrypted by the USIM card. The access attempt to the AP is blocked or permitted according to the decrypted verification result.

An apparatus for authenticating an integrated smart card in common and a method for the same are provided to use a mobile phone in common without exchanging smart cards by users by loading setting data and an application applet of users respectively. An apparatus for authenticating an integrated smart card(100) includes a storing unit(103) storing authentication information and use setting information of users, and a controller(102) receiving user authentication information from a mobile phone(200) and comparing the received authentication information with the stored authentication information to authenticate a user, and providing the user setting information of the authenticated user to the mobile phone if the user authentication succeeds.

A method for billing a price to a mobile prepaid card including an electronic wallet function is provided to enable a user using the mobile network to use offline electronic payment including authentication and billing with a single smart card by installing an electronic wallet function in addition to a prepayment function. A user recharges the amount to a smart card from a service provider. An offline terminal checks the balance of the smart card to receive a mobile prepayment service when the user wants to perform payment in an offline shop. The offline terminal offsets a paid amount from the balance of the smart card when the balance of the smart card is bigger than the paid amount.
